Controller Mount for Samsung Galaxy S III/IV - Retail Packaging - White

I have an S4 and enjoy NES/SNES games on my phone much more than most of the rubbish mobile games on the market. So, since I had a PS3 controller laying around, this made the whole experience of emulated gaming much, much better. Clip it on the controller, slide your phone in the holder, connect to two things with the included cable, done and done. Very simple.Has to be said that this is a bit overpriced. It is just a piece of molded plastic. It is a good job that there is a little bit of foam padding at the corners to prevent any scratches on the corner of your phone, and it comes with two different short cables. Though, I'm not sure what the second cable they include is for. It's a full-size USB to mini-USB cable, presumably for charging the controller at a PC or AC adapter, but it's only six inches long, so it's not terribly useful for that purpose, I would think. But, they also include the crucial cable to go from phone to controller, short enough to be unobtrusive, and works fine.So, it comes with everything you need, everything is of appropriate quality, but it still seems a bit overpriced to me, for the simplicity of what you get. But then again, this company doesn't manufacture these or sell these is such numbers as to drive the cost down. And I really doubt they ever will, as this is a pretty niche product. Not a lot of people have a need for this. And who knows, maybe they needed to pay licensing fees to make this. So, that being said, I guess it is fair. Especially when you consider that Amazon lumps in free two-day shipping, as well.Anyway, if you think you're the kind of person that would enjoy this, you probably will. Nothing deceptive about this product; it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Most of the problems it has are with the PS3 controller and Android, but still these problems really hold it back from being something that I would recommend.

I thought about building something like this for myself, but this product is honestly worth the money in exchange for the time I didn't spend building my own. The version for Galaxy S3 fit my phone perfectly. I now play NES games and MAME ROMs on my phone, no problem. The included short USB cables are great and mean I don't even have to enable Bluetooth on my phone to use the PS3 controller.

This is a GREAT product, but you can buy it from gameklip for 19.95. I have nothing but amazing things to say about it, but dont buy off amazon.

Pretty cool, but not really a lot of compatable games. Gives a big list, but for small children or just a pathetic game. Concept is cool, but when more games available, will be worthy.

Saw this and thought it would be pretty cool to have something like this for my device so I bought it.Little did I know how awesome it is to play my games using my ps3 controller. Although there aren't as many games as I had hoped would be compatible, it is still pretty cool to be able to play the games that do work with the controller. All together great buy and would definitely do it again.

I bought the Gameklip for my Grandson for Christmas and unfortunately it does not work with his game system. I want to return the item, so would like to have you let me know how I can do this. There was no slip in the package when I received it so has nothing to refer to. Always hated how hand held systems operated. Always an expensive second rate opinion in my mind. And while I've never been a big fan of the PS3 controller this changes everything. I've been playing GTA3 and Ravensword(Think Oblivion) now for days. I love this thing.Only problem is the games eat up juice and unless you root your phone and go wireless there's no way to charge while gaming.
