Great , light weight , easy to use ! I absolutely love it! And it’s so small that you can take it with you if you wish, love the mirror too that is attached so you can see where the steam goes ! I’ve only used once for 10min and I didn’t have to refill the tank ! So I’m very happy with my purchase!

Basic Skin Care must!
I started using the product recently, maybe about a month and I am extremely happy so far. I have only used it 3 times though, therefore I cannot comment on the state of the machine for a long period of time, but so far has proven to be a very good solution for my skin care.

Works great, only issue seems to be when in use ...
Works great, only issue seems to be when in use most times the steam deviates from direct forward flow. Not so sure thats a feature thats supposed to happen, read the instruction manual and it said nothing of the sort. I just have to move the device off center from my face sometimes so that the stream will actually meet my face.

Stopped working after ONE use!
I would give it a zero if I could. Used it literally once and now it does not work at all. Doesn’t do anything! I am extremely disappointed!

Reservoir too small and steam not consistent
The steam makes your face very uncomfortable and there is a funny smell.

I've been on a mission to get rid of my blackheads on my nose for years.This product helps!I used this after I cleaned my face. After a few minutes of having my face in the steam, I wiped my face with a cotton ball, and there was some dirt/make up in it. I recommend to use a product like this so that you can sweat and clean out your pores.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I bought this, but I love it. My skin does seem better after using it twice a week since I bought it. The range seems to be a little bit shorter then recommended, but it still works great nonetheless.
