Omnigrid Rotating Mat Cutters & Accessories, 14", Green

This little mat is small and easy to take to my quilting group, but big enough for the block pieces I need to cut. Rotates easily because of the notched border and is the good quality I have cone to expect from this company. Glad I purchased it.

This is wonderful for cutting smaller pieces - being able to rotate it without picking it all up is great. The markings on it are handy, and the scalloped edges makes it so easy to rotate. It's sturdy and stays put - no sliding around while you're trying to cut pieces or trim up blocks!

I love the rotating mat. I should have bought it a long time ago. The convenience of cutting fabric is perfect. It secures a precise cut each time for as many pieces as a pattern calls for and saves so much time and energy. The rotations is easy. I use it specifically for quilting and mostly for 5 and 10 inch cuts. I use half hexagons, squares and wedges, circles, triangles and other shapes templates. It’s ideal for everything I use it for. I am Very impressed. It is so easy and convenient to use.

This is great for trimming blocks up to 8.5"

Omnigrid rotary cutting board. I bought this as an extra station for squaring up log cabin assembly as I added each “Log” around the square of my blocks, Very handy to have pressing and trimming so close together. Thie size of this cutting pad wheel allows me to use my 12’5” square ruler.

I have an 18 inch square turning mat that I like, but it’s a bit awkward to turn and takes a lot of room. This one so easy to turn, and I like the notches around the edge for that reason. For me, it’s perfect for quilting projects with smaller pieces.

Really appreciate the rotating capability but it does not seem to hold up under heavy use. I’m noticing a lack of self heal which I did not expect.

So glad I purchased this! I have squared up many quilt blocks on this since I got it. It is very easy to trim the blocks quickly and safely only needing to cut on one side of the ruler at a time. No trying to make awkward rotary cuts. The notched edge makes it very easy and efficient for rotating it smoothly and effortlessly! I have had square rotating cutting mats in the past, but turning them was not that smooth of a process. I highly recommend this!

Pour découpe de courtepointe. J’e. Ai un plus grand carrémais celui ci beaucoup plus utile pour petite et moyenne pièces. Heureuse de mon choix.

Cet item fonctionne bien, mais il est un peu petit.

If you are a quilter, this rotating mat is awesome! My only regret is that I had not purchased it earlier.This mat is odorless, sturdy and rotates smoothly. It is money well spent!
