I bought these bands for my wife and she loves them...much better than the previous ones which were 12" since she is petite. I would highly recommend for those with smaller statute and/or desiring more restrictive workouts.

I wish these bands were just a little wider. They are 10" laid flat and because my legs are so long I feel an extra two inches would help? Then again maybe they're designed that way? I really like them though!

Great quality, I love the nice travel pouch it came with and the variety of bands for all fitness levels and activities. Very versatile as well. I like the colors to easily tell what resistance option is being selected.

Got these on the advice of my trainer for home workouts. Compact, easy to put in my suitcase when I travel.

I was so excited to get these in the mail, I could wait to try them out. This set is a good combinations of resistance levels. The light one was almost too light for arms, but was good for my wrists. the extra heavy was too strong for my arms, but a good level for my legs. Good long wearing training device.

I have only tried a few exercises but these definitely graduate in difficulty by color. I am traveling for work and looking forward to easy and quick resistance workouts without leaving my room. Lightweight, cute travel bag and really efficiently packed these are a fun way to get in some light activity without a lot of effort. These were purchased at discount or as a promotion.
