Spectacular
I am a great fan of nitrate-free and nitrite-free Italian dry sausage. Grew up in Brooklyn near a butcher who made his own, and they were as pure as sausage could be. Since leaving Brooklyn, it's been hard to find good Italian antepasto food in rural New York. Aha! Amazon! Yes, they might have something good. Turns out, they have something better than the guy I used to buy from in Brooklyn. Olli Salumeria Molisana is delightfully salty, garlic-infused, and overwhelmingly delicious.

I had ordered several salamis and found two to be of great quality but two did not taste right - like it's about to spoil though it was at expiration date.
