Your shower is cramped. You don't have elbow room, and nobody likes touching the wet, cold shower curtain in the middle of a shower. You've stayed at hotels with curved shower bars and wondered if you could get one in your home. This is the product for you! Installation requires only four holes and all hardware required is included. Measure twice, drill once. The support brackets are solid metal and feel sturdy. The bar itself is lightweight, but stiff when installed correctly. The hinged brackets make installation in a huge range of positions a breeze. Took me maybe 10 minutes including teardown of the old spring-tension bar and hanging the new curtain and liner. Now my bathroom is much brighter, roomier, and looks great!

This was one of the easiest shower curtains I have installed in a while. With that said, it also could have been really easy from past mistakes I made so I knew what to do and not to do. It's a perfect fit for our guest shower and again, was very easy to install. Just make sure you don't have it too close to the top of the shower or you can't reach the bottom screws.

This curved shower rod is a very good product, almost excellent. First, it looks and feels sturdy with a shiny finish and no visible imperfections. It adjusts to sizes that are smaller then many curved rods do, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this rod. My shower is 40.5 inches wall to wall. Other positives are the robust mounting hardware provided and the vertical (instead of round) mounts that attach to the wall. I have wood trim near the mounts and a round mount butts up against the trim and looks less appealing. The mounting hardware was significantly more robust then the original straight rod I removed and it has no plastic, except for the anchors provided for mounting in drywall without studs behind it. Thankfully, I had studs on both walls. Some negatives were the instructions provided, if you’re the least bit handy just ignore them. If not, practice assembly without drilling first. The amount of outward curve was much less then I anticipated, only 2.25 inches. This is partially because of the more narrow opening to the shower that I have; as the rod lengthens, the outward curve increases. The max being about 4”. I was surprised that the small curve felt a lot bigger inside the shower and I no longer have my elbow brushing the curtain. Once mounted, it is very solid and would easily hold my bath mat if I wanted. The weakest part is the very small Allen wrench headed screws at each end to hold rod from rotating, these could fail over time if a heavy mat was repeatedly put over and removed from the rod. I think these are small to hide them from view, I mounted mine upside down so these screws were up, not down, and unable to be seen unless standing on a step ladder. The other minor, but necessary, negative is the plastic collar that fits between the telescoping pieces of rod that allows easy adjustment of length without cutting. This is visible and causes the curtain hangers to jump a bit when moving over it. The mounting holes didn’t line up with my old ones, which required that I drill a new one on each wall. The new hole was about 0.25” farther apart, this may vary as there doesn’t appear to be a “standard” size. All things considered, I would purchase this again as I installed it in less then 30 min and is an excellent value for the amount paid.

Decent quality, installation is relatively easy (I had to drill into porcelain tile so it was a fair bit harder - I hate drilling porcelain tile!).
