Meter is not working properly I wants to change it.

Not reliable
After few months stopped working. Two times purchased, but both same result. Not good for long time. Waste of money. Company should improve the quality. If possible please arrange for replacement.

Defective meter
The media could not be loaded. Purchased 2 meter some days ago, installed today, found one meter defective, no replacement policy from Amazon. Have to send factory and then they will check, repair or replace then they will revert back. The hole process took too much time. Need support from Amazon.

3 phase meter is pretty good with 6 months billing details, worth the money youbbuy, accuracy is also good. I have purchased total 5 Meters and all working fine for last two years. Highly preferred multifunction meter.

Good product
Product is good as described. But read / scroll button is bit sticky. Some parameters jump even before you read and we have to come full circle of various other parameters to read the one interested. Accuracy is not known as it is used as submeter
