I've wanted resistance bands for a while but these are my first. As a newbie i can't really compare how good they are to other brands but i like that there is a very clear gradient of colour correlating to strength and they are all the same dimensions but heavier ones are slightly thicker so it's easy to quickly pick the one you want. I do think they're quite small though i struggled to get these up to my hips as they kept rolling up and the light one seemed like it might break (it didn't though) and i was probably being overly cautious as they seemed to stretch ok in my hands. I think they will be good for lower leg and arm stretching but not sure i will trust them on my (average sized) thighs as I think they might roll up and be uncomfortable. They do state mini on the description but the picture shows them doing an exercise that I'm sceptical they can manage comfortably. Will update as i use these more!

Good products, they are easy to use. Depending on the type of trousers your wearing they might wrinkle up but if you get them in the right position they work well. I love the colours too.

I love the color scheme of these bands, and their small size makes them ultra-portable. The small size will obviously limit the exercises that are available, yet you can still work them into your workout plan. The little bag is handy to keep them all together and the box they come in has details to a free e-book where you can see different stretches. The bands feel secure and the range of strengths are really handy in building up muscle strength.

Bought these to generally keep fit and try to tone up. Arrived quickly. Very portable, I can carry them in my handbag, so can exercise if I find some spare time. They are individually wrapped and come with a small carry bag to store them in. Multi purpose, with 3 different levels of resistance. The different colours help identify which band has which resistance. Nice width, I felt that they provided ample resistance, because of the width, there was no rolling of the band. Light and compact enough to carry around day to day, and take on holiday. I’m happy with these bands, hopefully they will help me tone up.

Das Gefühl auf der Haut ist angenehm, sie verrutschen nicht und es ist kein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar. Ich bin begeistert und würde sie wieder kaufen.
