You get what you pay for.... I bought this as a replacement for my NHS supplied device which was broken.... This product was useful for about a month using 1 every 2 days. The rubber sleeve with fits at the top of the tube has become loose due to the little stretching to fit it in place, the attachment to the manual pump occasionally allows air to enter the tube, thus negating the desired outcome...This device was not expensive when compared the NHS device, I had hoped it will be a cheaper replacement for my old vacuum pump, but alas not to be..I will not recommend this product..

Not happy with it, part can come appart easily and the quality feels poor

The black rubber just split so how do I replace it. How I just don't know really confused it's a bad buy for the money spent it come down cracked. Used it like 3times then the rubber spit discussed I've been working away so only chance I've managed to report this. I like to know what is going to be done about this nasty product.

Very enjoyable to use it has realistic and black cups to use on your penis. I use it as a sex toy. If you enjoy pumping hard you can almost fill the chamber if you’re at least 6” 7” hard penis I’m somewhere in between.

Uncomfortable. It did make penis bigger but a pointless excerise.
