Poor service, repacked item supplied
Received in torn (repacked) paket without any user manual inside, staples/ nails packets were also open. The supplied item seems to be used a used piece (see photo).Unfortunately missed the return window as I could not open and check the item immediely on receipt due to outstation commitments. Extremely poor service by the seller.

Good stapler to buy.
Stapler is sturdy and is very easy to use. One can but it without any hesitation.

One item is not sent by the seller
The product looks sturdy but the Multipurpose tool (i.e Can opener, knife... ) & it's pouch not sent by the seller as shown in the picture and mentioned in the description. This is a really a disappointment. And that is why I am giving it a lesser rating.

Product is good but fooling
The product is good but the seller fools buyers with free tool which they never deliver. That's in spite of returning the product once, they I left it because that's their cheap way to earn money.
