I was contacted by Tony who was VERY persistent about working with me to fix my problem with my order. To be quite honest, I didn't think much of his letters of intent. Finally, I received a gift from him with a very sincere apology that we spent our hard earned money on a product that didn't work. We had since replaced our printer and purchased name brand toner with HP, so getting a replacement order wasn't in the cards for us. Tony made sure that our money was refunded, along with the gift he sent as well. I think customer service like this is a lost art. Business owners like us don't like to hear when our clients are unhappy, but it really does make a world of difference when people work together to rectify the situation. I would happily order from them again if they carried HP toner.I ordered these to try and save a few bucks however they only work so long. I have a pink streak that we can't seem to get rid of due to a toner cartridge issue. We don't care that our printer can't read the levels, however it is unprofessional to send clients invoices and estimates with colored toner all over them. We won't be purchasing them again. Keep in mind we are printing about 10 pages a day, so it is not enough to cause issues when you should be able to get a few thousand pages in each cartridge.

The Canon cartridges are worth the money. I tried cheaper non-Canon cartridges and had to throw them away. I purchased authentic cartridges and printer works perfect.I am a little disappointed that I did not look at price of cartridges before I initial printer purchase. Cartridges are expensive.

J’achete des cartouches canon 055 depuis 5 ans et c’est une des rares fois que la cartouche ne dure pas longtemps et j’imprime moins qu’avant.

Yes, it is expensive. But if peace of mind had a dollar value, I would recommend getting this one. They last long (depending on how much is printed of course).

このトナーカートリッジは通常２０００枚は印刷できるはずですが、１４０枚足らずの印刷で、トナー残量が１０％と表示されＰＣからの印刷が出来なくなってしまいました。このような、メーカー正規品にもかかわらず粗悪品の販売は如何なものかと思います。
