I have to take a trypsin supplement to activate my medication because I don't produce enough of the enzyme on my own. It's not found in a lot of the general formulas. This is great for that and helps with digestion in general, but doesn't cause the side effects that stronger, broader spectrum stuff has for me. Very expensive, not a lot of fillers (does contain rice)... Most Body Ecology products would seem to be made of gold, given their price! Just weigh your needs against your wallet.

Assist SI has worked wonders for me. It significantly helped my digestion at a time when I was very sick. I've been taking it regularly for almost 6 months now and can 100% tell a difference if I have to eat a meal without it. I love that it does not have a whole bunch of additives and extra unnecessary ingredients also. It's essential to find the right type of enzyme that works for you and is what your body needs, but if you believe that your problem involves your small intestine I would definitely recommend giving this enzyme a try. I tried multiple different types before finding this one that actually works.

Excellent product. I have been using it for several years along with other Body Ecology enzymes, and other brands as well. This product arrived on time, and is well within the date of expiration.

I can't say that I noticed any difference while taking Body Ecology Assist SI. Maybe you will notice more of a benefit?

This product is new to me and so far so good. Have ordered two more bottles and it was highly recommended by my doctor.

When I look at most digestive enzymes, the additive list usually has drying agents like magnesium sterate or silicon dioxide which dries me out also so I end up with dry flaking skin, dry hair, and my joints hurt from all the drying out action. This enzyme blend is free of all that. I don't react to the additives but I respond to what the product really is. I have serious lung problems, digestive problems including pancreas issues so having a digestive enzyme to aid this medical problem is critical for me. For people who have excessive appetite control issues, many times the digestive enzymes are what the body is screaming for. This Assist SI curbs my appetite, helps calm down the mucus issues, and helps control the bloating issues, and I breathe so much easier using it. It adds up to CF if you wondered. So this enzyme which aids pancreatic enzyme function is a big must. I am thrilled this company has made such an incredible product. Look at the enzymes listed in it. You won't find an enzyme blend for pancreatic and small intestine anywhere that is this league of quality. The price is a bit steep but you are getting an amazing product that really does what it is supposed to do. I truly feel any adult should be using this type of digestive enzyme as the body does need help in that area as we age. I have used this product since it first came out on the market. Bought this because of the previous reviews and the research I have done on how enzymes are critically important when defeating cancer. Hoping this helps my mom.

Maybe it's just me, but I never really noticed any difference using this. I used it for about 2 weeks.
