A complete joke. Already used and broken with the memory contact names written in pen on the front.
What a joke. The memory contact list on the right side already had names written in on it. And one of the springs in the battery compartment was missing so the battery wouldn't stay in. Nowhere does this even say refurbished.... so one would assume it was new. This is a laughable product.... this is the most blatant misrepresentation of something I've seen on Amazon yet.
