One of my earpieces stopped pairing after about 4 weeks, which is a shame as the sound quality was really good and they paired really well.Update:Having posted my review I was immediately contacted by the seller, who offered me a replacement or a refund.I opted for a replacement as I had been impressed with the headphones.I'm also impressed with the customer service.I have added a star to my review based on the customer service and will possibly update my review at a later date once I've had the replacements for a wbile.Update after having them for a while. I think they are really good. Really good sound. The bass improves with careful positioning, almost like bone conduction. Also the bass is better if you keep your teeth together.My friend didn't have success using them with an iPhone 10 but they work a treat with my Samsung.Great value for money.

Now I am big sound geek and was hoping these would be great however I find them slightly underwhelming. The bass is rich and full and the sound has a lot of potential but because of the slight lack of volume it ends up resulting in a slightly muffled sound where the mid and highs are slightly neglected. It's quite frustrating to keep wanting to press the volume up button but realising you're already maxed out.However, they are definitely not the worst here. Can definitely put up with them until I have money to try another brand.

These Bluetooth earphones are amazing. They come in a compact case which is used to house them for charging and for when you are not using them. There is a little light at the front that indicates when the charge is being topped up. Each earphone has either an L or an R to indicate which ear it should be used in. The earphones are very comfortable to wear. The pairing of the device with my phone was very straight forward. Once paired I was able to use the earphones straightaway. They are by far the best Bluetooth earphones I’ve bought, easy to use and so comfortable, I’m so glad I’ve bought these.

I got these earphones about a week ago and all of a sudden my right earbuds won’t pair with the left one! I don’t know how to fix it which is a shame cuz they were very good earphones. I spent like £25 for one headphone to not work! Can someone help me?

They have pretty good sound quality for the price, I was enjoying using them until the right bud stopped working :( I can't get it to work anymore, so pretty disappointing

This blue tooth headphones are quite cute with smooth skin. It shapes like a capsule and can be put into any tiny pockets.The sound is wonderful with three-dimension effect comparing to the former earphone I used. It is quite worth buying for me because i listen to the music all the day.

I love the product due to the fact they are wireless but only one bud now connects to my iPhone 10xr which is disappointing given how comfortable they are and how good the sound is, I’m disappointed I have to find an alternative product...

Easy to use and touch sensitive. Great fit and they don’t feel like they’re going to fall out. Sound quality is great and music and podcasts aren’t drowned out by traffic. Setup with phone is simple and quick.
