I’ve done a lot of treatments before and this product has so far given me the best results. I did this about 10 days ago and kept it on for a little over 72 hours. I tried to not tie my hair and not get it wet. The treatment took about 3 hours to do including washing my hair, blow drying it and then flat ironing and I have really long hair. I have really thin hair though and not a lot of it. I used half of the product. So far my hair looks incredible, I’ve gotten a few compliments at work asking wht product I use. The frizz is gone and so are the curls but not the volume and softness. My dead split ends seem to have improved. The picture is about a week after I washed my hair and removed the product, without blow drying or flat ironing. I included 2 before pictures to show the nature of my hair - wavy with frizz.

Whoa! I’ve never been this blown away by a hair product! Let me start by saying that I have coarse, frizzy, bleached hair. See my attached picture. I’ve always used a lot of oily, heavy conditioner products as I attempt to combat this fact.I followed the directions except I used a wet brush instead of a fine tooth comb because I don’t have one. The directions say you can leave the treatment on prior to rinsing anywhere from 8 hours to 3 days. I waited 2 days before washing it out. It smells like coconut. When the treatment was on but dried, my hair had a kind of stiff feel and a slight film to it, but it looked fine, so you can go to work with it in if you need to.Then I washed it out on day 3 and used sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. This is important because sulfates (the ingredient that creates heavy lather) would likely strip the treatment from the hair faster.I applied my usual damp hair products (Biosilk and It’s a Ten spray) Then I started to dry it. Omg. The difference is astonishing! It is so soft, smooth, and straight! It’s like I have totally different, new, healthy hair. See pic! It’s incredible. I even noticed that I had no breakage of ends during the blow dry process and I usually do. I’m floored. I straightened it after and it took me only 2 minutes to do so because it was already mostly done just from drying. I curled it too just to make sure that I still could. Curls held beautifully. See pic yet again.My hair color seems so unaffected by the chemicals.My hair length is 16 nches from crown to tip and I think that I could complete two treatments with the amount of product included in this purchase.So, The only question I have now is how long will this treatment last? I’m not sure yet. But I’ll keep you posted. If it lasts two weeks, I’ll be happy. This is the best hair purchase I’ve ever made. Go for it!

I’ve purchased this product multiple times and the last two bottles purchased were definitely not the same formula. I thought that I may have been doing something incorrectly but I had never had a problem prior to the last two bottles. My hair had always turned out great! I contacted the company and their solution for me was to purchase a more expensive product. It was insinuated that I may not be using the product correctly but I had mentioned that I had never had a problem before and was dismissed. I won’t be purchasing this keratin treatment anymore and I was very unhappy with the customer service. It’s too bad customers aren’t taken care of anymore. I had a legitimate complaint and they brushed me off.

Bought a month ago my hair is still STRAIGHT! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Easy directions to follow.

This stuff works like it is supposed to. I WAS SCARED THE FIRST TIME DOING THIS . But I watched some youtube videos and read the instructions given and then had attepemted my first time. I thought that the thing about your eyes watering was a bit over dramatic until I took the blow dryer to my head. I am a man using this and my hair is not flowing down my shoulders so I can only imagine what you ladies have to go through when blow drying this into your hair and the fumes are so strong. I didn't wash my hair for 3 days, didn't curl or style it. My hair honestly didn't feel very nice the first two days. I actually panicked that I destroyed my hair (which yes I am a guy who can cut it, but my hair is everything to me ) so I went to go get at trim, and waited the 3 days out. By the 2nd night, I am not sure if the product settled in or what but it was very nice and straight with nice flow! I then gave my hair style with the curling iron. Ive washed my hair numerous times since and it keeps my hair straight fo nth most part, all I have todo is blow dry it now and its straight ! such a time saver and worth every penny and tear that came outta my eye. I did dies on BLEACHED AND DYED HAIR . YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!. Also Ive dyed my hair black twice since Just to keep my hair ultra dark, I had no damage ! Side note, before doing the is dyed my hair a ginger Copper color, the keratin reallllly enhanced the color, wasn't expecting that. My photos is my hair straightened out before the process and then after is the final result, so you can see how even just straightening it after the process looks so much more smooth and less frizzy.
