Some other Health food bars mess with the digestion because they contain sucrose, erythritol, and even stevia(can cause issues in some people). These bars contain a small amount of honey. They are not overly sweet and made from good natural ingredients. Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, coconut, almonds,cocoa, and coffee. There are candy bars I can only eat once or twice a week because they cause stomach issues like Quest Double Choc. and Truth bars. Paleo means Paleo-natural and of little processing.

Most of the peleo nut bars are high calorie though because we're talking about a lot of nuts usually. This satisfies though. Although, I bought another paleo bar that is much smaller that has about the same calories. So, this one does ok.

This a good tasting paleo snack. The texture is somewhere between chewy and crunchy, its not really either. At first I thought it wanted it to make up it's mind and be either chewy or crunchy and now I just like them regardless of the texture ambiguity. I've bought several boxes now and they go pretty quick in my house. The only other paleo snack that disappears as fast as these are the new primal beef sticks.

Excellent! Had to find a replacement for the choco espresso bars earnest discontinued, and this is it! Great snack for a morning pick up, or to carry me through a redeye flight. Taste great and “no junk added.”

THE BEST supplement bar!! I love the texture and how easy it is to chew (unlike others that are rock hard or gooey and sticks to the teeth!!) and the taste is unbelievable! I love how it's not too sweet like other bars. I hate chocolate but I love this flavor. I FINALLY found something I love and I won't be eating anything else anymore!

Had high hopes for this. But it's not good and it is pricey.

Bought the dark chocolate espresso flavor. This stuff smells and tastes like a very stale old cookie. I was so taken aback that I checked the expiration date to see if this was an old batch! This tastes nothing of chocolate or espresso, and unlike the name it has no crunch to it at all. Instead it tastes like stale cake with a hint of date flavor. Absolutely disgusting. I feel ripped off after buying it.

Some of the other bars that I have tried from Steve's PaleoGoods were a little on the dry side for me, but I've ordered the Dark Chocolate Espresso several times now, and I love them. They are soft, moist, delicious and filling. Great source of caffeine on the run.
