Not Impressed!
Found these difficult to use. I had to use additional plasters to prevent them falling off. Didn't persevere with them.

Dining Diabetic Patches
Well time will tell but so far no problems with skin reaction etc.They have a strange herby smell but it is not strong once the patch is applied to your belly button.I take them off after 4 days and give the area a break for a couple of days then re apply. It's a bit early to tell properly but I don't seem to spike quite as much as I have.

Too early to know to have a result BUT have a technical problem: the instructions say to put it on the navel BUT I’m a bit hairy in that area so (a) is that important so need to shave OR place it in an unhairy place? Will it still work. By the way, only just discovered there’s a paper disc on the actual “chemical” area which needs peeling off (?)
