Expensive supplement
This stuff is pretty good in taste but don’t know 100% if it’s having a good affect on my skin, I will need to eat a bit more to tell. VERY EXPENSIVE, it is a luxury item!!! Probably can be easily replaced with a bottle of vitamins from your local drug store.

Sweet snack for skin health
These little jelly sticks taste very good. They are like a berry jelly in flavor and a soft gummy in texture. Each one contains collagen and antioxidants to boost skin health. The package recommends having two a day. I sometimes had two, one in the morning and one at night, but there were a few days in which I skipped the evening one. The pack of ten lasted me just over a week.The packages are small and easily portable. I just had them at home though as my need for skin health didn't overlap with anywhere I needed to be. I suppose they could make a nice little snack on the go. After a week of using these, I didn't see any noticeable difference in my skin. Perhaps that was because I wasn't vigilant in having two a day. I'm glad to have tried them, but I think I'll get antioxidants from berries in the future and maybe go without the collagen.

An expensive, healthy snack
I think if you can’t help snacking and would like sth healthy, even potentially beneficial, this would be a great choice- maybe need to add that money is not one of your concerns.It tastes good. It’s convenient. It’s low in calories. It’s packed with good stuff. What else one could ask for? Yet don’t expect any miracle. Consider the cost I may go back to my marine collagen powder. But wouldn’t mind buying this occasionally.

skin change moist and shiny at the third day after I eat two pieces a day, obviously. And just like eat snack, easier than other collagen
