Key to this product's success is how it is applied. I bend my head sideways ( either side) hopping on one foot whilst I take a few dabs from the container with my index finger of the right hand and apply large strokes to the beard from top to bottom then from right to left for 3 strokes then 6 strokes from left to right.Then I carefully balance on the other foot and sing It's Getting To Feel a lot like Christmas. Then I slap both cheeks ( gently) and then have me a glass of Makers Mark- straight.In the end my beard feels and looks great and I am Buzzed as well!!!I do this 3 times a day and once at night between 3- 4 AM. LOVE IT and beard looks great.

I use it daily, it doesn't really hold my hair but my hair type is hard to tame. Anyways I mainly use it for moisture, I apply it to my damp beard, being sure to massage some in to the skin under and the hair itself. I then comb it through and attempt to do my styling and then I follow up with a brush. Looks and feels brilliant and most importantly it keeps the beard from itching.... all the people that claim "beards are itchy" are just not using the right product or using nothing at all. It washes off my hands very easily also the Vanilla Rum scent is incredible! During the pandemic I did not use it as much since I was wearing a mask, but now that I can go without a mask I definitely use this stuff to keep my beard feeling and looking fresh... I use their shampoo/conditioner as well once a week... keeps it clean lol :)

I just left a review on the oil of this same scent that I'm pretty much going to reiterate here. The balm seems like it may work well, nice and easy to scoop out and apply. But due to the overwhelming smell of the Vanilla Rum which smells like the inside of an Earthbound store caught fire, I won't be using this after today. Maybe I'll try another scent some day, but after spending $50 on this and the oil I'm good for now.

Before I started using this balm I had a strange "waviness" in one area of my beard as well as a problem with the hairs at the "chinline" sticking out rather than laying flat and smooth. I've never let my beard grow in as much as I have during this shelter-in-place so wanted to take a more serious approach to caring for and grooming it. After much research decided I'd give Zeus a try and couldn't be happier with the products and results. I purchased one of their kits and plan to leave a glowing review for it as well.

I should preface this by saying I have a lot of Zeus products. Its my favorite company for beard care, I didn’t love this balm. It’s thick enough it makes a hold, but it isn’t strong enough at all to fight the natural shape of my beard (which is just a bit of a wave or curl in some places. It just made my beard hard in the shape the hair already was, I wouldn’t use it again. If you are looking for something to help control your beard (such as at a wedding, which is what I used it for) you need to look elsewhere. If your beard is very short it might work.

It’s really hard to find a beard balm that just had a fresh, clean scent. This stuff smells great but not strong. My husband loves the way it tames his beard.

I bought this product with their sandalwood scented beard oil. Both products have been incredible! I love the scent, as does my girlfriend, and I will definitely be buying more of their products in the future. The only issue I had, and this has nothing to do with Zeus themselves, but the beard balm tin as well as the collectible tin the beard oil can in were dented in shipping. It doesn't affect the quality of the product at all, so I'm not worried about it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a beard they want to take care of.

I’ve tried a lot of different beard products and Zeus is by far my favorite, quality is second to none. Also bar soap is awesome!

Balm keeps my beard soft scent is pretty good to.

This is a very soft beard balm. It does not do much to help style and has less hold than many others I have tried (though most bears balms don’t have much hold, just some tame strays a bit better than others). I really like the smell but it is way, way too strong. Because of that, I stopped using it.

Great product. Made a world of difference to manage and care for my curly course beard. I prefer the natural look and feel.....this helps me rock it best while keeping it super soft.World of difference between anything else i’ve tried, absorbed quickly and didn’t leave my beard, hands or phone greasy...Love the sandalwood smell too!

Great smell, and works pretty well. At first I was avoiding this balm when I first started putting beard balm in my beard because of the smell. I warmed up to it though in the end and love the product. I have purchased the Sandalwood version of this balm and enjoy the smell of it compared to the lime version (but to each their own). I have three different balms I go to and this is one of my favourites to use. I use the Zeus beard shampoo and conditioner as an addition to the balm to make my beard softer. In the end definitely recommend Zeus Beard products.

The smell is refreshing and sweet, lasts all day, compliments all day long too.Nice size, larger than most containers so the price is actually better than others as well.
