I bought this tree. My cats are OK with it, not wild about it. My kitten (3 months old), got the hanging toy wrapped around his head and then fell off the tree, resulting in almost strangling himself. So I would say, use under supervision, or not put the hanging toys on it. Other wise I would think it would be OK to let the cats use the tree unsupervised

Great idea but once assembled ( I agree with other reviews in that they were very sketchy) it was very wobbly. My eight week old kitten climbed up it, reached for the hanging mice at the top, it fell out and my kitten started to fall. He is now very nervous. Not happy at all!

Well I must admit Amazon have done me proud once again! This scratching post is amazing! It’s beautiful, sturdy and the colour is amazing and bright! The cats love it already! They are fighting over who gets the top perch and the little house in the middle. I love the wee stairs personally😂10/10 on quality10/10 on delivery10/10 on customer service10/10 for amazon(I will never look at eBay or any other website other than amazon again!)

No doubt my cat loves this, the only issue i have is the holes at the very trop of the dangled mouse weren’t big enough, so i had to force it in, leaving no room for the second one. Also the instructions weren’t very clear, there was no numbers on any of the pieces or screws which made it difficult to put up. After about 2 hours of attaching and re-attaching i eventually got it all in the right place. Smaller than i assumed but still great.

This is a lovely scratching post and play and sleeping for a kitten. Our 4 month old oriental Alfie-Moon loves it, especially the pod for sleeping in. The price is very reasonable and I would recommend.

Suspect the cats in the sales photos are very young kittens! Easy to assemble even with eager pawed assistance, but once assembled our boys soon realised that there was barely room for one at a time, and so began a never ending game of king of the castle. Not exactly flimsy, but not very robust either, it rocks when a cat jumps on it. We've had it assembled for about a month and the sisal rope is already shredding. Our own fault. I wanted it to replace one the same design and I didn't bother measuring it. This one is about half the size of our old one. Have disassembled it for now. We are getting a kitten soon and it might just last long enough before it becomes a cat.
