CONS: The top of the heel curves inward. This causes two problems. If you wear these shoes loose, your heel will rub and the inside of the shoe will wear down. The shoe also rubs on your heel causing no show socks to come off. You need socks that are higher on the ankle or you will get blisters on top of blisters. Every pair I’ve had has done this. It lessens over time, but they *never* get broken in enough to not give you blisters. 6 years and 4 pairs later and I STILL get blisters if they aren’t tightened just right and my socks aren’t high enough. Know that’s how it is and you’ll be fine.PROS: As you can see from my photos, I have ankle braces. Not all shoes will work with them and look stylish. You can loosen the laces and the sides spread to work with orthotics. I’ve been wearing Adidas Advantage with cloudfoam shoes for years and I keep buying them. They fit true to size and are my every day, walking all over town, doing everything in them shoes. Mine are really dirty in my pictures to show you how much wear and tear they get on a regular basis. This particular pair is almost two years old. I’m here to buy more, but a pair of shoes lasting two years considering how hard I am on them and how much they are worn is awesome. If you are hard on your shoes like I am, they are very easy to clean. I use baby wipes (the kind without alcohol). Good as new.

These are great for the money. I did not buy these for working out - they are white walking fashion shoes. They run big - get your usual size or 1/2 size down.

Will be wearing these a lot

I must have purchased 6 pairs of shoes at this point for this job. The uniform prefers white leather and you’d think that would be easy…but it’s not. They’ve either been too big, too stuff, too uncomfortable, too noisy…:but then I got these and they’re perfect.At first I thought they were too big because there was slippage at the back heel. I laced them all the way to the top which I don’t normally do. That completely fixed the problem.Then I thought they might be too flat and hard. I’m used to wearing the Cloudform Pure and QT running shoe (both Adidas) but they’re fabric and stain in white (as I’ve found out, even after spray n wash, bleach and washing multiple times). BUT, after wearing for two 9 hr shifts in a row my feet hurt so much less at the end of the night.The bottom soles are definitely not slip resistant so be careful with that.Also, the pair I received did not have the metal eyelets, which I like better and are the updated version apparently with the honeycomb sole. I went on the Adidas website and checked. Eyelets are a little dated anyway and the no eyelets are a sleeker look and I don’t have to worry about them chipping.They’re not incredibly lightweight compared to the the Pure and QT but even with a bad ankle from a Class 3 sprain in Oct of last year, I haven’t had any pain or extra stress thus far. In fact by the end of the night I haven’t noticed the pain I was experiencing with the other white sneakers I’ve trying out.Word of advice: no show and low socks (even those with silicone backing) get pulled down. Now I’m just wearing full crew socks with cool patterns and stuff instead and reorder my chinos (yes…chinks *sigh* in the short size for a semi crop kinda look. It actually looks super cute with these shoes.All in all, they won’t be for everyone but they are comfortable for like 15k steps in 9 hrs (sometimes 10) look sleek, and perform well.

Fit right, feel good, not a ton of arch support though

This shoe fits perfectly and is comfortable. The heel was stiff the first time I wore it, but after one wear it was broken in and feels great now. It's a cute shoe, great for wearing with jeans, shorts, and leggings!

Super comfortable for all day on your feet. Stylish and supportive too.

For casual outing

I purchased these sneakers based on a couple factors. I wanted a white sneaker for a conference I was attending where I'd be doing a lot of standing, and it wouldn't be unprofessional to combine a sneaker with a skirt. I compared reviews and specs of the Advantage to the Stan Smith. Both come in a non-leather version which was nice to have. The deciding factor for me was the Advantage is described as more comfortable. I chose the shoe with the discrete yellow stitching on the heel and they are lovely. Got many compliments on the look. And they are very very comfortable. They do definitely run a bit large but not so much that I wanted to return them - I wear light socks so if I were to put on a terry sport sock they would still fit. Oh, and they are made of recycled materials and the price was right. Selected amazon over a bricks and mortar store because I needed them the same week and didn't want to go driving around looking for inventory.

They fit bigger than usual but still can wear them. The left shoe dug so bad into my heel it started bleeding. Want to love these but so painful I just ended up folding it and walking on it like a slip on

I've bought addidas before and never had to break them in.This one was slightly larger than my size 7 women...and it gave me horrible blisters in the back!the backs were too highIve never had this issue before.cut me really badly.

They fit as expected, look great and are comfortable! Can’t go wrong with these shoes!!

This is now one my favourite casual shoes. I ordered '10 us' and it's a perfect fit, not tight, not loose....perfect. Again, it's lightweight. I liked that. I find it kind of flexible to make me feel comfortable while driving too. They are too good for walking, relaxing yet stylish. A great investment indeed.
