I took one star off because it has a super tight fit. Almost hard to get on & off. Over it’s a nice case. Button work fine. Haven’t dropped it yet but it looks like it will hold up fine. The clear back is nice if got a special color phone & don’t want to cover up the color with a case.

This phone case has had a rough life. I can't tell you how many times I have dropped my phone, yet still the phone is in perfect condition. After 3 faithful years, it is falling apart. I am here to buy a new one but I'm so impressed, I simply had to write a review. This is by far the best phone case that I have ever purchased. 10/10 would recommend.

Best phone case I've ever had. Lasted about 2 years of abuse. Worth the money and offers good protection.

I’ve had my phone for 3 years with an otterbox case. Dropped it 1000 times and was always fine. Replaced that case with this one for a new look. Dropped it one time and the entire back is shattered. Should have stuck with Otterbox

The plastic on the back of the case scratches very easy. I had it only 3 days and there is a long scratch on the back of my case. I assume it’s from being in my pocket with my keys, but I’ve had similar cases that have held up better.

I love this case! I've had it on my phone since feb 2020 and it's been perfect. You can tell it's a good solid case but it doesn't add too much bulk which I like. I don't want to feel like I have a brick in my pocket. I have the iridescent one and the paint has faded where my hands hold it but it's had 2.5 years of use so I have zero complaints about that. The clear back has a few minor scratches but less than I'd expect to see after so much use. It's also still completely clear, no yellowing at all. I've dropped the phone a LOT and I can only see a few tiny dings on the edges of the case. (decided to attach photos to show wear)Overall, I highly recommend. Sometimes it's hard to find trustworthy reviews on products but I'm here 2.5 years later adding this. I'm actually buying one for my son's phone right now.

I am permanently disabled, which means my cell phone is very important to me. Before buying a phone case, I compared cases on two different review sites to make sure I was selecting a case that included pretty specific features, such as,(1) durability (Geez, it better be because an iPhone 11 Pro isn't cheap);(2) easy button access / control (fine motor issues; painful);(3) the iPhone 11 Pro's speaker quality maintained (hearing loss and holding the phone is painful); and(4) minimal added weight (again holding the phone as well as carrying it in my purse cause pain).So far so good on 1, 2, and 4. Item number 3 depends on the person. Ironically, the voices I typically have the most trouble understanding (high pitched, petite females) sound great using the Defense Shield's tuner system. The manufacturer advertises that their system improves/helps the speaker's sound quality. The reviewers mentioned this too. However, voices similar to my son's that are deep sounded muffled as if he had a cold, which he did not. I've nagged him enough that he knows to speak into the phone and not use his speaker when talking to me. Once, I took him off the speaker phone, I could understand him clearly. The problem was my holding the iPhone in the typical position immediately shortened our call due to the intense pain reverberating through my hand and fingers.In my opinion, the Defense Shield Series does have a significant limitation as it relates to low pitch voices, especially since this a highlighted feature for the case. However, this design flaw also likely affects a relatively small population of customers in any meaningful way. I would recommend this case with the caveat that the buyer understand all of the pros and cons.More importantly, comparing my Defense Shield to the other phone cases I reviewed, I am glad I bought this phone case. It’s a nice case. Haven’t dropped my phone yet so as to the durability I’ll get back to ya on that. But it’s nice. Seems heavy duty. Nice colouring. And clear back so I can see ur phone.

Pricey, tough and nice

Great case seems very durable I would add a screen protector of tempered glass and you’re good to go from damage. highly recommend.!!

Case looks good, not too bulky, and the buttons work flawlessly. Pressing the rubbery buttons covering the iPhone’s real buttons is a breeze. The clear portion of the case covering the back seems OK, and there are no problems using a wireless charger. I am very happy with this case for my iPhone 11 Pro.

Fit like a glove!!! I have beed able to fit a tempered glass on my phone without any problem.Protect very well.
