I bought this on Nov 4, 2019 and started with some small projects here and there. I started picking up a lot of sales and this thing kept up REALLY great. The only concern is that the plastic hand grips get VERY hot and you almost have to move your hand near the end of the tool. Another problem (My fault) was one of my ends got caught underneath my chair and pull the terminal away from the conjoining copper wires. My secondary tool has had so much use I think its pooped out or pulled from the wires as well. All in all I cant complain about this because I exceeded well worth my money on this product.

Wire gets very hot... Where hand goes very hot Of course that is just the right one left one nota It just don't work right and the box smells like it is burning. Tips however not so much unless I turn all the way up and make very red. Anything lower nope. Left side plug on very lose. Maybe it is just broke? I was so looking forward to this. Now I have to decide return and buy diff. Or return and hope it was just damaged.

Product took forever to arrive, but easy to use. Temperature control awkward in that moving it one or two marks greatly increases or decreases the temperature. I'm a newbie, though, so still learning how to use correct temperatures based on wood choices. Update: already malfunctioning. One "socket" doesnt work. Handle has started getting very hot - even at med temp

Still gets very hot so you just need to take your time and go slow. Other than that, a lot easier than the standard burners.

This is the WORST product I've ever bought off Amazon. The wires got too hot after using this product that it melted the wires and burnt my hand. I brought the issue to the company and they told me to buy 2 more pens, and they will compensate for little bit of the money. Wasn't even mentioned how much, could've just been a dollar for all i know! Terrible company, junk product, and crappy customer service. Don't buy their stuff, you will regret it!

Right out of the box... after I figured out that there was a on/off switch on the side of the machine. LOL! It works beautifully so happy with my purchase. Easy to use for beginners; purchased this for my 10 year old daughters birthday and she is super excited to start using it. We definitely would recommend over those single pen burners that you cannot control the heat as easily. They take forever to heat up and forever to actually burn your design. A little extra money is worth it... just make the initial investment I promise you won’t be disappointed that you did!

Bought this for burning my mark in my wood turnings. Works much better than the pos I was using. A little pricey but am glad I took a chance and bought it.
