3MEasy Scrub Express Starter Kit, 1/Case

I bought this mop because I saw a commercial cleaning company use them. LOVE this set up! I can wash the pads after each use, and don't have to deal with hassle of a mop and dirty water, or where to stop mop afterwards to dry. Cleans my floors well, and handle is adjustable to ensure good grip. It is a little spendy for what it is, but I would definitely buy again.

This thing is pure junk. Handle after two uses won't lock anymore just slips instant you apply any pressure. The squeeze bottle system is a joke as they leak so everytime after use have to make sure take bottle off and store it somewhere. Just a complete waste of money. At this price and being sold as a commercial product somebody over at 3m needs there head checked. Complete frustrating disappointment to say the absolute least.

I purchased this item 3/2021 so I have had a year to evaluate. We use an older model of this 3M produce at my hospital, that is what prompted me to buy this one.*I love that it is metal and not plastic. It is nearly indestructible with the kids using it.* I like the easy remove and wash pads.**I do NOT like the telescoping handle, you can never get is tightened enough to stay secure at any length.** This model has a cleaning solution bottle that you squeeze to release cleaning fluid. I takes longer to squeeze enough fluid to wet/rewet your surface than it does to walk to another room and rinse and rewet. The bottle also collapses because it doesn't replace displaced fluid with air. I currently have 6 solution bottles that are not useable because the are compressed and I haven't blown in them to expand them again or cracked from compressing. This feature was not a good upgrade.I gave it 3 stars for durability, quality, and ease of use but it is not what I hoped it would be especially for the price. I would like to have the model that you fill the handle with solution and use a button or lever at the end of the non-telescoping handle to release the solution as fast or slow as you want. I would happily exchange for that model in a heartbeat.

I was very disappointed in this product. I bought the 3M system because I thought 3M was a name I could trust. When my package arrived, it was missing two of the bottle caps. I figured, whatever, not that big of a deal. But then, the locking mechanism broke after the first use making it pretty much unusable. I am giving this product another try as this was what I was looking for, and I am hoping this was just a fluke. I have sent a request for replacement and will comment when I have my new system.

Easy to use, easy to refill cleaning bottles.Good Quality====Expensive.Would be nice to have the option to purchase less that 12 of the bottles, 6 would be ample and would save some money.

A little expensive but definitely worth the investment especially if you plan to use it everyday. We use it for our retail shop everyday and the mop head still works great after two years. Love the solution bucket set.

Does not work as described. When inverting bottle full of cleaner into mop, it all came out at once rather than being regulated by squeezing the bottle.I have not yet contacted the manufacturer. I expect some part was left out.
