Glock 19, extra mag, gerber 06 auto, and a ccw. Dosent flop at all. I can lift, plyo, and run with this. This answered my problem of carrying in the gym. Even has a quick pull tab. Great purchase. If I have a black shirt on its hard to see it.

Edit - after a couple weeks usage
Great concealed carry solution for up to a mid-size pistol...This bag would be perfect for a single-stack pistol like an SW M&P Shield with a 3' to 3 1/2' barrel, or a Walther CCP...a pistol like a Walther P99 it fits pretty well. Because of the placement inside the bag, the elastic straps intended to hold the gun in place end up having to go over the barrel and trigger guard. Amazingly, the elastic does fit over the barrel and trigger guard after some intense effort - see photo. After some use the elastic stretches, making it easier to 'holster to pistol. The construction is very good, with great stitching, zippers and zipper pulls. The two inch web belt has a buckle that engages very positively compared to the typical fanny pack hardware. Once sized, some may find it useful to 'lock' one side of the belt with something like heavy-duty upholstery thread leaving only one side adjustable.Overall a good-looking, well made alternative to a conventional belt-mounted holster.

Great for carrying at the gym.
I use this "fanny pack" when I go running or to the gym. Fits my M&P shield perfectly with an extra magazine. Some larger frame pistols might not fit. Deployment is fairly fast and simple, of course with practice it gets better. Great product definitely recommend this. Looks great too in my opinion. People can laugh all they want at the gym. At the end of the day my gun is right there locked and loaded should the need arise.

It's a great concealed carry option but you may want to make a small adjustment or two for your own needs.
The 5.11 Tactical Select Carry Pistol Pouch is a pretty darn good product. This pack does a great job of hiding a compact or sub-compact weapon and can hold a couple of magazines as well. Let's break it down though. The quick open pouch is excellent. You pull a tab and the zippers unzip and the pouch flies open making it easy to retrieve your firearm. Opening the pouch and retrieving your firearm can be done with one hand and is pretty fast as well. It's ambidextrous so us lefties can use this bag as well.It can be worn on the waist and fits very large bellies as well. It does adjust down, but I'm sure at smaller waist sizes you'll find a lot of extra strap. But you can cut the strap and singe the edges so that's not really a problem. You can also wear it like a sling bag (over the head and one arm). This lets the bag rest like a shoulder carry bag. This isn't as comfortable, but works extremely well if you are just walking the dog, checking the mail, etc. The point is, it is versatile. Left, right, hip, sling. The bag itself looks nice. It is designed to look like a regular tourist fanny pouch. That's why it has the two color design and that is why it has two side pockets. The two side pockets do work, but they are too small to hold much of anything. That's because they are DECOY pockets. Your gun barrel hides behind them and because it looks like a pocket is there, you don't look like you're packing heat. Want to put something in there? Maybe a whistle, a spare key, some folded cash, that will work. I'm not even sure a drivers license is small enough to fit in there though. This is not meant to be functional as a fanny pack. It's meant to conceal a gun. It does that very well. The gun fits nicely. No problem. If you want to add a couple clips, you can. But for some guns and double-stack clips, it may make the pack bulge a little more than you want. Also the clips will probably rub against the gun and that might be unacceptable to you. If so, maybe stick a small cloth inside. My impression was that the clips could fall out during an action situation, but I have not really put the pack to the test in that regard. The only downfall to the bag as I see it is that the adjustable belt will occasionally slip a little. That means you have to tighten it sometimes. I'm looking for a solution to this as I don't want to have to keep adjusting my belt. One other little modification I would like to sort out is how to put a firmer trigger guard in it. I'm sure it's perfectly safe, but my carry gun has a light trigger and i want to be as safe as possible. I may try to cut a plastic sheet from one of those cheap flexible plastic cutting boards. Just as an extra safeguard.

My New Favorite Holster!
Look I know it's a fanny pack but I will tell you this is now my favorite way to carry! I was looking for a way be able to carry in a readily accessible way while mountain biking, running, rucking or other activity where I was out in athletic clothing not conducive to any sort of concealed holster. This pack is perfect for that need. It is very low profile. You can't put a lot of other stuff in it which I like, and it is ambidextrous. The quick draw mechanism works well. I put some zipper grease on the zipper to ensure it opens and draws smooth each time. There is a slight bit of a technique to pull the tab to open the bag for your draw stroke however you feel it when you unzip it several times. Meaning there is a way to pull the tab that is best to expose your side arm for draw. The only down side I have seen so far is your weapon lies in a horizontal position as opposed to being canted but this is negligible compared to the pros of this fanny pack. It's very comfortable for me and rides close to my body so it's very low profile. I've worn it out and about and no one that I've noticed has really payed any attention to it. I look like any other yahoo who wears a fanny pack. I cycle a great deal so its ideal for that in regards of its comfort and ease of wear. One of the reasons I really like it is the comfort. After carrying IWB appendix the pull of my belt opposite my carry makes my belt cut in to my back a bit, the sight of an old back injury that flairs up, and this style of carry eliminates that all together. I wasn't a super fan of fanny packs till wearing this one a while, that's for sure. As fanny packs go it's pretty awesome from a functionality point of view.I carry an M&P Shield 9mm in it and it fits nice and snug along with one spare mag. One note on the mag. The elastic on the inside of the pack isn't super tight. I carry the mag upside down so when the weapon is deployed the mag is hanging in the traditional carry position while the pack is open so as to not fall out. I will assume thats fairly intuitive. All in all its very comfortable and secure, wears very close to body so it's low profile, and does not look super tactical which I like. It's pretty innocuous really. The biggest plus is comfort. It's easily wearable for long periods. I have put a SWAT T tourny in mine in the side pocket but that's it. It would easily carry a small flashlight as well next to the mag. It's well made without any dangly threads or crappy stitching. I'll follow up later on durability but I don't suspect any issues.Like I said it's my new favorite way to carry despite the fact that it's a fanny pack! And honestly the more comfortable, the more likely it is you'll carry. That was my rationale anyway. W
