We love this watch so much. I have a busy household so to have this watch chiming on it's own keeps us all on track when it comes to potty time. I have one little one that's in training and one slightly bigger one that gets so preoccupied with what he's doing that he will forget to go use the bathroom.I love that you set the start time and end time for the day, as well as how often you want it to go off, and the watch does the rest. I also love that it's not the same ring tone/ song every time. It shuffles through the melodies which is wonderful (especially when you're used to hearing Alexa play Baby Shark over and over--it's nice to have something that rotates songs in a random order!)***One thing of note: if you want to change the time on the watch, you must "deactivate" the interval timing (turning it to --0--) before you can reset the time/hour.

I would like to give it 5 stars but after only 4 days of wearing it it's already not working correctly. The time has changed and is way off and wont let me change it. It is therefore messing with the ringing times. I've tried following the instructions to change the time but it wont let me. Maybe it's a glitch. I wish there was a way to reset it and start new. *Update* emailed customer service to tell them of my issue and to see if I could reset it and they offered to refund me my money without me having to ask or return the product. Great customer service.

I ordered this in advance and I have just started using it. Aside from being very complex to program, it's not working properly. The time ended up way off and I cannot reprogram it. Disappointed as this is our second try at potty training and I was hoping this would be an upgrade from other similar (and less expensive) products.

I really like the idea of this, and my daughter likes it. The problem is that she keeps changing the settings while it is on her wrist, so then it doesn't work. And I don't want to take the time to reprogram it multiple times per day. She likes the music and does respond correctly when it is working though!

The alarm isn't loud enough. Both kids sleep right through it. One night I had the watch and slept through it. Worthless for my family. So now, I set my clock to wake up and make sure the twins are up to potty twice during the night. It sucks, but it's more effective than these potty training watches.

This watch did not help because it didnt work. It turned on and I was able to set up the time. It never went off with an alarm, just acted like a basic watch.I tried returning but it never went through. I had it packaged ready to go back but no one ever showed up.Others have said it works so maybe we got a dud.I just used an app and regular alarm to help potty training.

This worked great for about a week. After that it didnt go off when it was suppose to. I spent more time trying to fix the darn thing then I did actually potty training. We reverted to a timer on my phone now. It's not worth the hassel.

Nope, He won’t wear it, takes it off and it’s easy to take apart! Had better luck just letting him run around in super hero undies and he went 3/4 times in the potty! 👍🏼 L
