Haven't had it long enough to see any effect it has on me

I use shungite for several years now and I like it. This on is on the top of my list, a great quality.

I use an ro filter to filter the tap water. I use a 5gal glass bottle, on a ceramic base. I bought the shungite to put in the base. I've tested it out with other to make sure it's not just me, but it definitely changes the taste of the water after it sits for 24 hours. I think it makes the water taste better.

Everybody drinks distilled water at home , even our puppy. I am using these shungite stones for the many health benefits.I have learned a lot about shungite thanks to two books I've read on the subject. One of the books is by Regina Martino who is a geobiologist and bioenergy expert.Most people think shungite is only good for EMF protection, but shungite is much more than that.The book by Regina Martino is available here on Amazon. Very interesting read.

I'm very happy with my purchase! It all passed the light test. They were decent sized pieces. I use them for water purification and protection against emf and 5G. I love them.

Shungite protects you from the EMF's emitted by all electronics, household wiring, etc. We have the 2" pyramid by the tv and chunks on our wifi plus always wear or carry it. We keep a chunk in our drinking water too. It negates the left hand vortex electronics emit which interferes with our right hand energy flow but doesn't interfere with the function of the electronics. A must protection in this electronic age.

Make me feel better about my water. I feel like my fish are healthier
