STRONG green taste, can't believe this is really the brand on the label.
I use this for baking keto bread. I been baking about 5 1 lb. loaves a week, so this is not a new recipe. I've taste tested both NuNaturals and LifeSource Oat Fiber, I've tested Bob's Red Mill, Anthony's and a few other also rans for the Vital Wheat Gluten, and I've tried it with and without a couple of different Flaxseed meals added in... But I'd only tried it with Lupina before now. After watching Serious Keto's side-by-side taste tests of Lupina vs Small Town vs Miracle Flour rating Small Town Specialties as the best tasting, I had to see if it made a difference. It did - this one is TERRIBLE! Being opened food, I'm not going to see my $26 back (because I won't waste my other flours on blending with this) but I'm still suspicious if this product is really Small Town, and not some other brand. Because it's either that, or it's just really rancid. It's got to be, right? Sigh...
