Had used before and just what I expected.

There are couple things I didn't see about these in their description which might have caused me pause before purchasing. 1)They come with the rod hooks separated from the hangers and hooks must be snapped in to holes at ea end of hanger--they're a fairly strong plastic. Anyone w/ limited strength in hands 'n arms may find it difficult, if not impossible, to snap the hooks in, and 2)One line on one side of box reads: "holds up to 20lbs"-- the before 'n after closet demo pictured on box is a lit'l misleading to say the least. So don't plan to hang on these lots of suits, heavy coats, etc. They're good for light-weight items, e.g., skirts, blouses, shirts, pants, etc. I'm hoping they will at least help to motivate me to get started dealing w/ my major project of sorting and organizing the equivalent of a bedrm of clothes into a broom closet. . .

I so wanted to love this. I need/ed something to make room in my small closet for my hubby's clothes and uniforms, my dress and casual clothing, along with my Rehn costumes and Spiritual attire. So, when I read the great reviews, I was excited about this purchase. Then, after a day of strategically hanging garments on these, making sure not to over weigh them, I was disappointed to see that the hanger itself fell off of the rack. I've also noticed that these have a tendency of snagging my more delicate clothing :-( In regards to the snagging, I can assume that there is some remedy to prevent it. However, the weakness of the hook is my main concern for not willing to pay for any other.
