Amazing !! Perfect heat on HI to soothe achy shoulder muscles and stiff neck. Neck piece does have heat elements. Heats up in a few minutes. Very happy with this item. Definitely a keeper.

I'm a heating pad connosuier. I ordered this neck and shoulder design to help relieve severe headaches that start in my neck. I have try a few Heating pads from different brands and I have to said that this is the best so far. I love that you can control how much heat that you want, and that it gets really hot if you use the mas temperature. There is nothing better than arriving home and put some heat on my hurting back. I love this pad Highly recommended

I originally bought a Sunbeam heating pad in this style but it was defective and had many reviews claiming other users had the same problem. I decided to try this brand. It was less money and it does stay on. However, the Sunbeam was much softer, longer in the back, had a magnetic closure and was the pad was weighted. This one is lightweight and doesn't sit down as well on your shoulders, you have to snap it and that's kind of a pain. It is also not as flexible and cozy. I don't know if I'd choose it again but I'll keep the one I bought since is was economical.

I bought this product because I have intense shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all the time for work. I bought this hoping it'd help, which it does. I just wish the shoulder pad was a bit longer in the back. I am a pretty small person (5'0) and it just barely covers the back of my shoulders. It's unfortunate because the bottom of the heating pad does not get as hot.I was also disappointed that the highest heat setting wasn't as hot as I would like it to be. I guess it's a safety feature but I'm still a bit disappointed.All that being said, it's really easy to put on and stays on pretty well if you're a smaller person like I am. You should get this if you're only experiencing pain in your trapezius and the base of your neck muscles. If you're problem area is between your shoulder blades, then this is probably not for you.

i don’t really enjoy the color.. but it’s very soft & gets very hot. the temperature control is just a “low, med, high” control instead of being able to pick a set temp. i have only used it once so far, but so far am satisfied & would recommend.

I voided the warranty on this the minute I opened it, plugged it in, and set my dog on it. My little Chihuahua sleeps on my bed but doesn't like to have blankets over her unless she's freezing so I decided to buy her a heating pad. I lay it under one of her blankets and she loves laying on it. The one thing I don't like is that it shuts itself off after awhile (maybe an hour? or so) so when I wake up in the middle of the night I have to turn it back on for her.

Thin, doesn't warm up much at all. Warm blanket would be better. save your money people

Its really soft and pretty good quality, I'd say it's almost perfect. Downside is that it does not get hot enough....High is like Low for a proper heating pad.. really disappointing because I thought it was great until I realized that's the hottest it gets so I'll be returning it.

I've owned this heating pad for about 3 months and use it every day to cozy up baby's crib before laying her to bed. Gets quite hot rather quickly. Doesn't give off the built-to-last vibe, but it's been good thus far. It was quite cheap, so as long as it remains safe, I'm happy.

This is a great heating pad. The size makes it perfect to lay own while covering my entire back after a long day at work. The heat settings are great and the highest setting actually does get quite hot, unlike many others I have tried. It also warms up very quickly. Great product!

Very soft, comes with 3 settings, and will definitely help with pain. Also very straightforward and easy to use.
