Does what it is supposed to do.
I got this for my daughter as she was just starting to cruise around while holding furniture and had fallen backward several times. This really helped stopped the bumps from backwards falling. If she falls forward or sideways this doesn't help, but she is less likely to fully bump her head falling forward or sideways.It is also nice because just the part that covers her back often keeps her head from getting even close to the floor because of the extra padding.Now she has learned to 'fall' onto her bottom instead of just straight back, but we keep the little backpack on her still because she is a bit wobbly at times.

Protects his head and back!!
This is an awesome product. Bought this for my toddling Grandson. He's 11 months and starting to walk. When he falls backwards you can bet it's a hard fall. This cute foggy head & back protector cushions his little head & back. No tears. Gets right back up and tried it again. Plus he's adorable with it on!! It's so light he doesn't even realize he's wearing it!! Love love love it!!

This product is a must have for babies who are toddler wannabes. It was literally a life saver on several backward slips and works so well that I wish there was a counterpart for forward/sideway dives.

Overall good product
Not full proof protect. But my baby does not like the helmet shaped protector as he keeps on removing and playing. This one however he keeps without any issue and also looks good. :)
