All working perfectly so far, like brand new. Phone looks in mint condition, no scratches, scuffs, battery is decent also. The previous owner has obviously taken very good care of this phone. The phone was delivered very quick aswell. I would recommend this seller.

I was I must admit, to be slightly nervous at purchasing a renewed phone.But the phone I received from this company (RND TECH LTD) was in as "new condition".The phone could have not have been in a better condition, if I had purchased it new.The original charger came with it and it even arrived in the original Samsung box.I would not hesitate in buying from this company again.

As with all phones if it is too dark or too light the face recognition is not too good. But the battery life is really good, lasts more than all night. I am very pleased with the fact that I can run my computer from it in a very bad signal area. It looks great and is easy to manage. So thank you.

When replacing my old used and abused S10, i was loathed to buy the new phone for around 1k when this old version has everything I need and more for a fraction of the price. SD slot, headphone jack and an amazing display.

Phone arrived in great condition and much quicker than advertised which was appreciated! I use the phone daily and have not had any problems, does everything I need in a phone.

Bought this for a relative. The phone itself came well packaged, arrived without any problems and was in pristine condition. My only issue and reason for 4 stars is that the accompanying cable was a data cable and would not charge the phone. It just came up with the little usb "prongs" connection symbol at the top of the screen and didn't charge, so I had to order a charging cable separately, which was disappointing. Pleased generally with Amazon renewed as have ordered a couple of phones from them in the past, which have been great value. Can't comment on battery life for this phone as it's not me using it, but stated that it would be 90% or better battery life left from when new.

I was concerned about buying a reconditioned phone. I this was the one I wanted but not at the 'new price'. The gamble paid off, absolutely no sign that it had been used before apart form the non-standard packaging and lack of usual Samsung accessories. I've got these anyway.After a month of use still no complaints. The battery life is superb, the camera is better and display is wonderful. It's the best smart phone I've ever owned and can see myself sticking with it for a long time.
