Jewelry Finding - 14K White Gold Small Earring Backs by In Gifts

I was looking for white gold backers to replace those on my pearl earrings. I am notorious for accidentally ripping my earrings out but I don't like the way the closed back ones feel (I feel like my ear holes don't get enough oxygen). These are perfect. Although they are indeed very small in size, they fit a standard size backer. You have to push hard to get it on but that is great for me-- less chance of it falling out! I've posted pictures to show the earrings they fit on, as well as a standard size paperclip for size reference. Very pleased!

a little smaller than I expected but it locks good on my diamond earrings, even better than the original finding ... I had lost one of the original findings and this fits snugly and perfectly ... 1 star because I would like it slightly bigger so it would be easier to hold on to.

I bought these to replace a white gold earring back that went missing. These are the perfect substitutes. The earring itself is a very small diamond stud  10k White Gold Round Cut Diamond Stud Earrings (1/10 cttw, J-K Color, I3 Clarity)  so a larger earring back wouldn't have worked as well with the thin post. Conversely, larger earrings with wider posts might not fit into the earring back, or the back itself might not be large enough to support the earring's weight. All in all, these were perfect for my needs, but YMMV.

I say funny because I purchased these to replace the ones I lost from my earrings. When the package arrived, it also came with a set of plastic ones which fit tighter on the earring and they are clear so you can't really notice them. I use the plastic ones all the time!

I had been looking for this item for a long time, and it did not seem to be available in the quality I desired. Finally I found it; so happy.

These were replacements for the white gold backs that came with my ruby earrings. The originals were too loose fitting. This fit snug and are perfect. They are very small, a little hard to grab on to. But still a great fix so I can wear my rubies again!

These backs are very small compared to a normal size back that comes with most earrings
