My boyfriend and I have been taking the micro ingredients melatonin for about 5 months now. One bag will last you a LOOOOONG time. I still have about a fourth of it left. I was a little concerned when I purchased it that previously I used to take 4-6 MG before bed and it was enough. I was worried I would feel very drugged with 15mg. But actually I like it better. It is not like I am super drugged but when I fall asleep I have the best sleep in the first few hours after dozing off. I am sure the melatonin is to thank for this.We also purchased it to help fend off Covid as it helps your immune system and gets you better rest to have better immunity. We have not caught Covid so I guess it could be helping (or we have just been lucky). Never can really tell with thses things.I do have to admit my boyfriend and I both agree it is one of the most difficult pills to swallow. It sticks in the back of our throat every time. It is a minor thing but for someone like myself who has a pretty sensitive gag reflex, it has been a challenge to learn how to swallow it without gagging on it. It does not taste bad or anything, it just gets very sticky when it gets wet.Anyway I have been very happy with my purchase and plan to continue to use the micro ingredients brand melatonin.

I like the sublingual (under tongue) form. Works well w/in 20-30 minutes.

You get enough to last a long time and love the packaging.

All three of us routinely use two different rotating high quality brands in 20mg. They are soft and disappear immediately, and most importantly, knock you out ALL night! These are ridiculously cheap. So hard it sounds like you're breaking your teeth. NONE of us felt they worked at all, even taking DOUBLE doses. I Threw them away and went with the good stuff. SLEEP IS PRICELESS!

I’m really disappointed that this company switched to this so-called “natural” strawberry flavor. When I bought this back in 2020, it was plain white tablets (pictured above, old and new side by side). Strangely, I my order history it shows my previous order was these new strawberry ones and it WAS NOT. Why would Amazon change my order history? The same thing happened with a Turkish bathrobe I ordered a few years ago, but that’s another story. These new ‘natural-tasting’ strawberry flavors tablets taste bitter and very unnatural. They still work for getting to sleep, but not as good or quickly as the old ones. Even on the Microingredients website they only offer this nasty flavor now. Was the company purchased? I don’t know exactly what’s going on with this, but from now on I’ll get my 20mg melatonin from a different source. These are going in the trash. It tastes like chemicals.
