The packaging and product design are beautiful. I love that the serum is sold in a glass bottle too. Upon pumping the first dose into my hand, the fragrance was enough to make my head hurt. I recall that I read in the questions that there was not added fragrance. That answer was not correct, as the ingredients listed on the bottle say both fragrance and perfume. And my oh my is it concentrated. I'm not horribly fragrance sensitive, but this smells like a bottle of cologne was poured into my palm. Additionally, the texture is so oily and sticky, it took 4 hand washes in hot water to remove the majority from my skin. I truly cannot understand how this serum received such positive feedback. But the return policy says it all -- "Not Eligible for Return." This is not the product or the customer service I'd ever pay for again.

This review is based on my hair type being: Caucasian, shoulder-length hair, with years of color-treatments (high-lights and low lights) and daily washing and use of heat products. Thus, my hair dries less straight than it used to, and without as much sheen. Given that, this product is perfect. I typically use the Hersyler Hair Repair System (Argan Oil) and love it, but wanted a similar product that could be used on wet hair and blown dry with a brush. This Marula Oil is less heavy than the Argan Oil and achieves exactly what I am looking for- - straight hair with sheen. I use 5-6 pumps after towel drying, and then blow dry it 15 minutes later. That is sufficient for leaving my hair feeling incredibly soft and not weighed down or greasy, so the volume is still full and can hold a curl if I want to use a curling iron on it. The sheen is average so if you are looking for " extra-shiny", this serum is less likely to achieve that goal. The smell is also the average, "hair product scent"; it smells great but is not overpowering or strong. If you are looking for something leaving your hair with a scent noticed by others, this will likely not achieve that goal either. Will buy again.

My daughter bought me this for my birthday and I absolutely love this product. I have wasted so much money on hair products. I am older, dye my hair and it is dry and flyaway. I use this on my hair when wet. This makes my hair so soft and manageable. I hope they do not ever discontinue this product. It is wonderful!If I used it when my hair was dry, I would have to be careful with how much to use as the consistency of the product is thick and should used sparingly if using on dry hair. I find it works wonderfully on wet hair.

So I wanted to update my review since my hair has changed and I became a blonde -- this lovely product used to soften my regular non dyed hair and make it silky smooth ! It made it manageable and shiny and smelled oh so good. For my damaged hair, I found that this product didn't meet the challenge and couldn't cope with so much damage. I recommend Goldwell 7 effects instead which is more geared towards repair . I'm not mad at Evo since it doesn't even advertise to help damaged hair and I still love the smell . It's still an amazing product I use for thermal protection .....it's just not perfect if you have very damaged bleached hair.

Let me start by saying that I have baby fine thin hair. I have used tons of hair oils and serums over the years and have always been disappointed because they usually leave my hair flat and/or greasy looking. This product does not do that!! It makes my hair super shiny and healthy looking but is virtually weightless on the hair. I have used on both wet and dry hair with great results. Plus, you need only the tiniest amount to do the job which means that the product will last for quite a while. So not only does it do what it is intended to do it also smells amazing! It has definitely helped with my split ends and I can't wait to try their other products.

This is the first time I'm actually compelled to write a product review. I have tried all the products in the stores and never have I had the results I've had with this product.. and let me tell you.. I have some frizzy hair.. I've been using it for 2 weeks and I will definitely reorder this. I use slightly more than the recommended amount due to the length of my hair but it still goes a long way.. I still have more than 3/4 of a bottle and I know it will last me at least a month. Great product, beautiful packaging, and it smells wonderful. It does not leave my hair greasy or dirty looking just soft and manageable!! Love it!!

It wouldn't hurt if they called this stuff the smooth operator. I have naturally kinky hair. I am not mixed and I would call my hair maybe 4C and I feel like this protects that curl pattern when I wear my hair straight. It also has a pleasant smell.

Omg it's THE REAL PRODUCT... From a picture on a review I almost cancelled my order because they said a different product was sent instead but I can assure you it's the real Evolution Hair.. I absolutely love this product and it does everything it says it is supposed to do. Also another plus is it works on African-American Hair too!!!

I absolutely LOVE this product. An American YouTube was talking about it, this is all I could find in Canada and im thankful! You really do only use 2 pumps for shoulder length hair. It will last a few months for me. I HIGHLY recommend it! I would love to see Biotin added if possible. I will be buying this again. Also its an adorable container.
