I used it but found it distorted the field of view more than I was hoping. Making it really hard to plan a shot. I was hoping it would magnify the entire viewfinder. It only does part of it clearly with distortion around the edges. On the plus side it was easy to attach to the camera.

Great replacement device. Fits virtually any camera and the soft optic makes viewing easy. (Canon 60D)

Required this for my new backup D750. I bought one for my D810 from another company, a few years ago in Australia, and this is not nearly as clear viewing. I don't mind the fact you have to squint to see the info displayed at the bottom of the viewfinder. I've seen a lot of complaints about this BUT it is just one of the drawbacks of a magnified eyepiece. Even with the diopter set to max, it still isn't fully clear though. I have bought other products from them before so thought it might be as good.

makes a lot of difference

Probably the best accessory I have bought for my camera so far. Installing the eyepiece was pretty easy, the glass is good. At maximum magnification edges of the frame are hardly visible but the image is big and clear. A must have for anybody who is using manual focus lenses on modern DSLRs (if you are not using live-view enlarged focusing).
