No noticeable effect
I thought I would try this when things go worse during the spring. I used the entire amount as instructed. It may work for some people, but I can only say it did nothing at all for me.

pretty spectacular
i have had trubinate reduction surgery, been on every nasal spray known to mankind and still have horrible rhinitis/swelling at night. i take three of these - chew them a bit and keep under your tongue until they dissolve - no food or liquid other than water 20 min before and 20 min after taking them - at bedtime. they really work. a little expensive, but i will pay for the almost instant relief.
