After waiting two months to get this water bottle, I was extremely disappointed in the workmanship of this product. The crystal was attached by wires through holes in the bottom of the base. It is so ugly, they didn't even try to hide the wires or do anything to make it aesthetically pleasing. With every drink, bubbles will glup, glup, glup from the holes. Annoying!!!

I bought this for someone and the crystal was chipped in a few places. Smh now I have to purchase another one

I wasn't sure what to expect but the bottle is very nice, and so is the crystal.. very reasonable considering the quality

This is a beautiful piece but I have no clue as to how to take care of it. I have no idea how to clean it and not sure how easily it may break.

Why does it leak?! I've tried to screw the bottom on all sorts of ways and no matter what I do, it constantly leaks out of the bottom. I'm so bummed because it's so pretty, but it's unusable like this. It drips on my clothes every time I take a sip. :(
