Wasn't what I imagined but it'll work. It's really the hard vinly type of material I thought it would be. I'd say it's between vinyl and cloth like cause It has a lot of give. Color is just slightly off from the pics. The pics make it look brown leather like but it's more cloth/vinyl like...but a tad more on the cloth side. Hard to explain. Anyways it protects our aging leather seat, and has good cushion as well. Elevates your seat as well due to the extra cushioning. The clasps at the front do get unclasped for some reason. Doesn't bother me. The cushion wont move much still due to the clasps at the back. For that price... it's a good one. The pockets weren't really of use much it actually gets in the way if you're cell was there. Not to mention it's in an odd location. But I liked it.

Easy to install and appears to holding up nicely.
