Q: Does anyone have problem with the short towel rack and/or the toilet paper holder sagging down to the right due to the bar being open ended ?

I had this issue with the short towel rack, which was the first item from the set I installed. I noticed that the bracket was moving a lot once I attached the rack, even though it seemed tight to the wall before attaching the rack. I took it off and drilled new holes, but this time instead of drilling both holes at an exact parallel height, I drilled so the screw for the hole oriented horizontally would go in a little lower than the screw for the hole oriented vertically. So the bracket itself sits level, but the screw in the vertical hole is set right at the top of the opening. This keeps it from having any room for movement downward once the bracket is attached. It worked out pretty well and there's no more sagging. I did the installation for all the other pieces the same way without any issues.

Q: I want to get the set but need another towel bar. Do you sell the same towel bar individually?

UPDATE! Happy customer; great service (more stars)

Seller reached out to me with great service. They informed me the “sticky” back is not to be used on textured walls. They sent 3 additional screw-mounted robe hooks for free. I have since installed these and they are great. Last photo shows the new one.Beware if you plan on using the 2 single hook pieces in this set. They are NOT installed with screws like the other towel bars and robe hook. These 2 have an adhesive back that is USELESS. I installed one exactly as described in the instructions. It fell off a couple hours later (without a towel on it) and damaged my brand new vanity top. Yes, it’s a nice heavy hook. Now I have to pay for the vanity to be repaired. Very disappointed. The towel bars install securely and I love them. Nice design, sleek appearance, and all pieces of this set are heavy and sturdy. Wish I could give it 5 stars, but I also wish the single hooks had screw / bracket installation….and wish I didn’t have to use Command Adhesive strips just to get the hook to stay up. Not happy with the final appearance, but it works.

Terrific set for bathroom!!!

Fabulous! Modern! Hefty feel! Easy to install! We didn’t use the toilet paper holder because I had already purchased a toilet paper holder with a shelf! Great value for all the pieces!

Gorgeous Bathroom Fixtures!

The quality of these bathroom fixtures is superior to anything we have ever installed - we have remodeled over 20 homes. I would have given it 5 Stars... but, I would highly recommend the single Towel Hanger be slightly longer to hold a small towel versus a wash cloth. HIGHLY recommend this purchase!

I have not installed yet but am in love with these towel bars. The weight is perfect, chunky, not cheap feeling. They are very sculptural and will be the finishing touch of my bathroom redo. Buy without hesitation. They are gorgeous!

Modern lines that are timeless.

This is the second bathroom I've remodeled and have used this set. Great product. Clean, modern lines. Reasonably easy install. As sturdy as you are going to get based on your anchor. Drywall? Screwed into stud? Super value and happy once again!
