Sugar Maple Natural Cross Cut Single Serving Grilling Planks

Used with fish - lovely flavor. Looks like we might get a handful of uses out of these.Depends on how much you soak them, as we tend to not plan ahead and soaked for only 30 minutes.

If you like cedar plank Salmon then you have got to try this. For extra pizzazz try soaking them in dry champagne rather than water. Soooo delicious.

I use these planks to make into wall clocks as with a little sanding, a few coats of shellac and with the insertion of a clockworks, I had a rustic appearing wall clock. Unfortunately, these pieces of cedar were too small and thin for my purpose. I cannot review how well they would work for grilling.

Very nice. Smaller than expected not able to accommodate larger cuts.

Item and product dimensions are listed as 7.9 x 0.9 x 13.9 inches. Actual individual planks are a MUCH smaller 4.75 x 0.37 x 10.5". A cross cut is an interesting concept, but not at this price point (>$6.00 each) for a small board relative to the advertised size. This product is being returned unopened.
