Pros: have been the supplement from few weeks, it provides 27 gram of protein per scoop whereas other products provides 24 gram only. The product is one of the purest vegan soy protein one can purchase and is a 5-star value for money. I use it after my workouts and it helps me feel full and energetic.There are two downsides, one is that it tastes like flour (because obviously it's sugar-free). And two, the packaging does not list the amino acids, minerals, and vitamins, on it.I have re-ordered it too.

Totally inedible. just using a little water the product creates so much foam. Also the foam is thick. IT is not like the foam on whey protien. Usually there is little foaming for protien shakes, but in this case if you see, even 100ml water creates extreme foam. You can see water level in the picture. Rest is all foam. Never seen this with other any products I have tried over the years. It is not possible to Drink the protien shake because of excessive foam. Even after hours the foam does not subside. Also Note, seller gives multivitamin bottle as gift to those who give 5 star review. So beware of ratings.

It's happy to say that this product is remarkable, It's unflavored, adding 30 g scoop ( as per your quantity) mixed with milk makes more delicious and tasty. It's feel energetic throught out day. I must say that if you are concerned about you health choose soy protein, it repair & builds muscle strength and growth. It plant based protein useful for vegetarian, Excellent amino profile, contains all 3 BCCA's It's lactose , fat & cholesterol free. I Recommend you if you are fulfilled the necessary condition. Why to wait still?? go and order it..

UPDATE: 25 Jan 2020Amino acid profile & Mineral contents are attached in the image. Finally, company sent me this after asking them repeatedly for over a month. Sodium content per 30g serving is ok, though I felt that it is high initially. BCAA per 30g serving is 4.155g -> though a little less than the usual soy isolate content,it's still ok,as protein powder is only a supplement & one can always get Leucine from one's diet.UPDATE: 24 Jan 2020Company has replied to my question on amino acid profile!! Please look at it in the 'questions' section before buying!!Older review:I was a competitive wrestler now working out for strength and fitness. I have tasted many unflavored soy protein powders. Many of them have a little 'salty' taste which i think is due to relatively high sodium content.This powder is truly unflavored which means No additives. This is pure protein.I can say that this product is very good. It is soft on stomach. Easily digestible.Hope you maintain the price! But why only 3 stars? The product does NOT mention1) amino acid profile2) mineral content,especially that of sodiumDespite asking for a month from the company,for these 2 details,company hasn't responded and keeps saying that they will provide the details. It makes me suspicious of the product's sodium content.As a side note,the company provides free vitamin tablets for a 5 star rating. I initially gave 5 stars because the product works (not for their free vitamins; i care less for that). This product works. I have burnt fat efficiently in 2 months with minimal muscle loss, along with a good diet & training program.Will update as soon as I receive these 2 details. Keep reading this review.

A good health supplement for elderly vegetarians. It helps muscular degradation with age.

The powder is salty. It will suit savoury dishes. I don't understand why it is so salty though. Soy bean itself is not so salty. Soy milk is not salty either. Please don't add salt to this powder. Difficult to drink with fruit with so much salt.
