In lockdown, like everyone else, I had to do my own hair. You get a lot here for your money. In fact there is everything you need to dye your own hair at home. I've knocked a star off for the highlighting cap at is far too big for my little head, but I had some of those cheap plastic hood caps and they do the job. I wanted the other bits and pieces really. Overall, happy with the kit and the little bag that comes with it to keep everything together.

You get lots in the pack but the cap is too big and no holes in the cap means you have to make holes in it yourself! This takes ages plus when done the hair is hard to pull through the holes and hurts your head. The plastic cap tears too easily too so beware when putting holes in the cap!!! Wouldn’t buy again due to cap and bit expensive for what you get. Which is brush plastic bowl gloves and apron.

First time ever, due to Covid restrictions, I’ve decided to do my DIY hair with this kit and do not regret at all. The cap is so sturdy thus light to take it off (with bit of conditioner to enable gliding off); the cape cover is amazingly strong and magnet attached at the ends...clips and scissors are excellent. So happy, like in a salon if not better

Did a home highlight during quarantine as my roots were overly grown. My sister had to do it for me as you can possibly do it yourself but my hair looks amazing now as if I went to the hairdressers for much less... good quality kit
