Fantastic product! Can't go wrong!!
I bought this cooler to replace our old Norchill cooler we received as a "thank you" prize about 8 years ago and it is still working perfectly under HEAVY use! Yeah, the camo (old style, not "branded") is a little faded and one of the bottom clip straps is missing and the top zipper tab came off recently (but I put a strap through it and attached a bottle opener - added value - YAY!), but it is still performing like a champ - no tears and NO LEAKS! We are using the old one as a back up cooler that holds extra ice in the truck while we are out. So, we've hooked this new baby onto the back of our jet ski, just like we did with the old one (amongst many other uses), and it is even more perfect since the black color is much less noticeable! I did a LOT of research before I chose to replace our old cooler. A TON! And I'd put it up against almost any cooler out there, especially considering the cost. I HIGHLY recommend Norchill for ALL your soft side cooler needs! This cooler ROCKS! This is a great product and a SUPER VALUE! Don't hesitate to buy one!! And, NO, I DON'T work for, nor am I being compensated by, Norchill or any affiliate... I just appreciate quality and value. You will, too!

Great cooler - no leaks...just wish it had 2 way zipper
GREAT COOLER for the price. I paid almost 18 bucks with free shipping and haven't found anything close to that since. I also have AO coolers and have not done a ice melt test but this one seems on par with them as far as holding i the cold. It works well and is a nice size to hold some drinks and snacks (or lunch) for the day. The cooler itself has not leaked at all however don't bend over with it over your shoulder! Cold water will come out of the zipper :) speaking of the zipper that is my biggest complaint. It is of better overall quality than my other soft sided coolers (AO brand) BUT it only opens from one side. With the AO i have them meet in the middle or offcenter where it is easy to access 1 handed. This one you have to zip/unzip all the way to the edge. This means usually 2 handed opening and it is nearly impossible while the corners are buckeled down. I tend to just leave the zipper partially open to make access easier. If you don't buckel down the corners or need to access drinks one handed (say in the car or kayak) the zipper is not an issue but for me i definitely prefer my other coolers for that reason. Zipper issues or not I am still very happy with my purchase and would definitely but it again (and extras) for what I paid, but with the price the same as the AO's i would go with the other because of the zipper.

Does not leak, will not disappoint
Bought this for my husband for Christmas. We took it on a cruise with us forgot our chiller inserts. Used regular ice instead and it never melted or leaked. We walked around Grand Cayman with it. This brand was recommended to me by friends’ of ours who use it. They hunt, fish, and cruise. They take it everywhere. We live in Florida and use it bike riding and it keeps everything cold. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this cooler to use during our move from ...
I bought this cooler to use during our move from Michigan to Texas. We drove several days and traveled roughly 7 hours a day. The cooler functioned well and the Yeti Ice stayed frozen for the duration of each travel day. The cooler is very thick and you need to fill it with hot water prior to use, in order to stretch it open and shape it. It fit our purpose, but it doesn't hold very much. We had a couple of 12 oz cans and a couple of bottles of water (16oz) and a small Yeti Ice and it seemed cramped. If we had canned soda, we might have been able to stack 12 cans in it, but it would have taken some effort and been very tight. All that insulation does keep your items cold though. It's also light weight and has a shoulder strap, so you can carry it and your hands are free to carry other items.

Stays very cold
We take this to the pool and beach and it will keep ice in Tupperware in the sun for 5 hours. It would probably keep it longer but we run out of ice before it melts. The only drawback and reason for 4 stars, is that being briefcase style it won't hold wider items. If you are just caring caned drinks and can put the ice around the cans than this item is a 5 star rockstar. But if your like us, we make drinks as well as canned/box drinks for the kids. We don't want open/free ice around inside that everybody can touch and sand/dirt get on the ice. That is the reason for the Tupperware/wider items. Does great for 2 liters and cans and can hold a lot of product. We always seem to overpack and it becomes heavy at times but we would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Best price for soft cooler that works!
This is the third norchill I've purchased for the boat. I have one of each size. I can't tell you how many times I've left the cooler in the boat or outside over night and the next day the drinks were still cold, even if the ice was melted. Great for day trips and beverages. Food items probably only will last the day, I would not recommend doing multiple days in this cooler. And it is significantly cheaper than the big brands out there. Worth it.

Great Cooler
A great cooler, keeps things colder much longer than my old-school hard ones do.It works great on my kayak - the buckles secure it upright through my deck straps. One warning, if you're packing cans in, be sure not to overload it - I had a can puncture from me pushing on the sides in an effort to fit a bit more in. Made a bit of a mess, but was easy to clean out by pulling it partly inside-out.There was one loose thread near the zipper when I first got it, but I just cut it and added a dab of superglue to the two loose ends (to make sure they didn't unravel). I've used it a half dozen times so far and it hasn't been an issue (forgot about that until I started typing this review).

Great cooler for traveling on airline and keeps things frozen
I bought two of these for a fishing trip in WA state. I packed frozen fish along with Ice Brix for flight home in these coolers and checked as luggage on airline. Flight was delayed and 15 hours later upon arrival home both the ice brix and fish were still frozen. Great product and glad I purchased.
