This is one of her best. The recipes are really good. I made the pumpkin/butternut squash soup with swiss chard twice, the second time without the sugar to caramelise the squash as it was too sweet, I am going to work my way through the other receipes. Lots of explanation and good cooking tips as always. Paula Wolfert is one of the best cookery writers
