Very simple to use and does its job well. Starting to use more and more - making own 'healthy' and "Crunchy" snacks, as most 'healthy food' is soft and gushy... however, the dehydrator can make many foods crunchy--(Wow, health and texture) while still leaving the food enzymes in tact to assist food nutrients to be adsorbed and utilized for better nutrition in your food source.

Absolutely the best dehydrator ever. Far superior to the expensive and loud excalibur. The only thing is make the timer longer and an individual setting for temperature. Other than that it is outstanding. We use it every day. Super quiet, very efficient. Doesn't take up much space. Easy to clean.

This was a refurbished dehydrator and it is working great so far. Have only used it a few times but so far is working exactly the way we were expecting!! It's quite the upgrade from the Ronco dehydrator that we have been using for years.... :)

Great unit! Did a bunch of research and everything seems like junk these days if it’s not commercial. However, found this and I’m super happy. This is simple to setup, easy to use, super quiet and works as it should. Drying herbs and mushrooms has gone super well. Can’t wait to make jerky!!!

There are so many things to love about this dehydrator. It is so easy to use the temperature and timing controls are fabulous and easy to adjust. The inside is huge, the trays are spacious and can be removed if you have thicker items, I have used it both ways and both work great. Having the fan at the back is wonderful because the fan pushes air across all of the food unlike my previous dehydrator where the fan was on the bottom and pushed the air up it also caused a lot of drying space to be lost and the need to constantly move trays around, When It died I knew I needed to upgrade, and this Sampson silent was my choice, and I must add a great choice. I thought it was going to be stored and only taken out when I needed to use it, I was wrong. It lives in the kitchen on my counter because it is so very quiet or I should say SILENT! The only time I take it off of the counter, and move it to the garage is when I dry Dragon Scorpions and Carolina Reaper peppers 🌶🙃 harvest is going to be a joy this year. If you are in the need of a dehydrator stop looking this is the one. Unless you are looking for a larger one but as for me, I have a 1250 sq ft garden and this will be perfect throughout my harvest.

Use to make dog treats. It was excellent . Very easy to clean.

it didnt last long. i started using it in july of 2022. is September and it stop working. i havent got the help i ask.

Product is very well constructed and works great. Have used it for many things already including, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, potatoes, etc... also made beef jerky and came out great. Well worth the price you pay. Sometimes you're better off paying for something that works (paying a little more), because, usually the cheaper ones fail.Great job Samson!!!
