Unfortunately our new kitten hasn’t even looked at it yet, but I think that’s just because we only got him yesterday lol. But the product itself, amazing! Very big, pictures don’t do it justice, im absolutely s*** at building things and I put this together myself while my partner was at work, so I’m very pleased. Don’t hesitate to buy, I’m sure once our kitten settles in properly he’s going to love it, I would!

First of all I ordered grey and as you can see in the picture it’s far from grey. I then built it, you could blow on it and it would fall down it feels very cheap. My little kitten who only ways 2kg made the frame collapse. I know it’s cheap but honestly you are better paying a bit more and getting one that they can actually use. The best thing about it is the little mice you get with it my cats loved them. It was that bad that I had to return it and get a refund.

Firstly, I originally ordered a more expensive model. When i tried to assemble it one of the posts was missing threading from the inside so could t be screwed in.I asked for a replacement. They did not have the one I ordered, but they said they could send me this one. This one cost £8 less, but I didn’t receive any partial refund, but I did not argue.After putting it together it wasn’t great. As you can see from the picture this tree didn’t support the weight of one cat without looking like it was going to collapse.

Unbelievable value for money, our kitten loves it, when she plays on it, the whole thing is sturdy and there's plenty of things to keep her busy and occupied.

Brilliant cat tower and such a great price, always put off by buying one of these because of the price and if the cats didn't use it. Brought this in hopes our kitten would stop scratching everything she shouldn't. Hopefully works but time will tell
