Great compression sleeves
These sleeves worked perfectly for the “Muddy Princess Mud Run”, and actually fit my slim arms. I have a 5.5” wrist and a 10” bicep, that finding a sleeve that fits has become a lengthy chore. Other sleeves that are advertised as 10” are too big in the bicep, and extremely loose in the wrist. Not so with these sleeves! They fit perfectly, and I would definitely buy them again. I just wish they had more colors to choose from.

Fine for sports, perhaps not for lymphedema
The sleeves are fine for compression to help injury recovery or avoid muscle fatigue, but for avoiding lymphedema, they are simply too big. I have two sleeves from a store specializing in apparel for women with breast cancer and they are much smaller than these sleeves. I pulled one of these on to see how it would fit and noticed it remained loose on my wrist. I have tiny wrists (the only body part I am still happy with all these years) but regardless, the sleeve should offer uniform compression the entire length of the arm. I had to return these - I would feel like an idiot if I got lymphedema because I had opted to wear less expensive sleeves.

For the price, the fit, and level of compression, they are great.
For the price, the fit, and level of compression, they are great. My only complaint is that the material irritates the bends of my elbows; however, I do have a medical condition that makes me more prone to the itchies! I'm using the arm compression for a separate health issue I've had for years that my doctors have yet to identify or treat. This seems to provide some relief. I use leg compression for orthostatic intolerance & low blood pressure, so maybe the arm compression is providing similar benefit, even though I can't find research that supports this theory. Also important to note is that I am heat intolerant and these sleeves seem to stay cool indoors.

Painful when arm is bent. Can't wear it long.
These sleeves go on easy, feel great....as long as you keep your arm straight. When you bend your arm the material digs into the inner elbow. If you are bending your arm for a short period of time like when holding a phone to your ear for instance, it hurts and the pain increases with time. And when you take the sleeve off, you'll have redness and sensitivity to the area. This is a common problem with compression sleeves and I wish the manufacturers would deal with it somehow.

Best compression sleeves I've bought so far
I've been buying different compression sleeves on amazon trying to find the right one. These so far have been far and away the best I've found. There are TONS of sleeves on amazon which claim to be "compression" sleeves... However, the vast majority are not. I need sleeves that provide compression for when I am doing outdoor activities. I am extremely happy with these sleeves. They are made well, comfortable, and provide good compression. The price point is reasonable too when compared to others that actually have their compression statistics shown. The only negative about these that I can say is that I wish they were just a tad tighter in the wrist. That's my only complaint. I will definitely buy more!

does it fit correctly
buying a sleeve with limited sizes can be difficult. This is the second brand I have tried. This one gives me more support where I need it, just below the elbow. The upper arm portion is loose. It seems to be good for what I need even though the top slides down.

Sizing is difficult for small person and compression not adequate
These look nice but sizing was weird. They only offered S/M and No Small or XSmall so they were both way too long and too loose on me.I am a 5'1" woman and I need a good compression for achy arms and elbows. I am very disappointed because these would have been nice looking if they fit.

Durable, well made
I felt they were true to size. They're thick compression fabric, not the slick nylon feel of cheaper compression fabrics. I've washed these several times and hung to dry and they've maintained shape and haven't stretched out at all or faded.
