It’s a cute little thing you could take anywhere on holiday self catering, it’s so quick and the little waffles are filling, so far only done egg, but one egg with very thin mushroom makes 2x or little bits of tomato are lovely. Downside it has nothing to close it while cooking.

This makes nice size waffles - if you don’t mind spending a little time cooking a batch of individual ones (personally I am cooking a batch in one go to freeze so I can simply pop waffles in toaster when ready to eat). I had no issues when cooking an oat based recipe, but when I’ve made traditional waffles it sticks every time which is a little frustrating. Also put some mashed potato in there which made for a lovely potato waffle. Eagerly looking forward to making rosti with potato and other veg. Quite happy with this - mainly because the size makes it so easy to store in a cupboard without taking up much space. Would recommend. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because of the stickiness of normal waffles plus how difficult/tedious it is to clean and dry

Perfect for anyone following the keto dietIt’s serving it’s purpose well I can’t complain

I bought it for my Keto flats which is ideal.It is easy to operate. When it's ready I put a bit of butter on the surface and spread it on both parts. Spoon my batter and time 4 min. And waffles are perfect.It's mini waffle machine so ideal for small batches. (I usually make 2 keto waffle or 4 scotch pancakes for kids).Cleaning - Always wipe it with paper tissue when finish, and when it cools down wipe it with wet cloth.Don't let batter overflow or let anything dry on it as then it is massive pain to clean.It feels quite flimsy, so hopefully it will last a bit.

So the reason why I've put a lower review is because I received a used machine, not new. I couldn't be bothered to return because I've previously had issues with Amazon returns. Cleaning it was a bit of a hassle as it's surface wash only.The machine itself is good if you have the correct techniques. It does not have an on off switch, it has a feedback mechanism for when the plates reach a certain temp and turns off. It switches back on about 30 seconds later to start heating again. I had similar problems as others with leaking food at first, however, as you can see from my pics I've figured it out. Advice to all purchasing this waffle maker: spoon the liquids for cooking onto the bottom plate (don't over fill) and let the mixture slightly cook like you would a pancake. One you think the waffle/chaffle has become gelled/non runny, pull the lid down to cook the top. This means not much cooking expansion and therefore no leaking. This will make a crevised side and a flatter side.Overall I've made some good breakfasts and snacks. It's a bit of a hassle to clean but it's small and compact so easy to fit in my small kitchen.

I make keto chaffles which, as the name suggests, contain a lot of cheese. They do not stick to this appliance at all.
