Looks nice, but poor fit and finish/testing.
This watch had such great promise. Good price, and good looks!Unfortunately the dial is not well aligned, so 12 is not exactly at the top, and 6 is not exactly at the bottom. That's not too big of a deal though when compared to the real issue: I have only been able to successfully wind it twice. There is some strange resistance when spinning the crown that feels like it's warped/bent and rubbing because of it. However, after rotating the crown counter-clockwise, which it should handle just fine, it was no longer engaging correctly to allow me to wind it. Due to the design I can clearly see the ratchet that's not engaging, and sometimes I can get it to re-engage if I pull the crown out and snap it back in (going from time-setting back to winding). But it doesn't engage strongly enough to ensure winding, so it usually puts up a tiny bit of resistance, then slips back off the ratchet, spinning freely instead of winding once more.

Watch is thick, heavy, sturdy band.
My spouse works in a large warehouse and was tired of buying battery watches only to have them die shortly after. He is in his 60s and we did not know you could still find wind up watches until I searched on here. This watch and band are very sturdy. The watch itself is very heavy and thick which was a surprise. You can see into the watch both front and back. Some complained about the number 4 Roman numeral being wrong, but even my hub who wears it did not notice and it is a small flaw, he loves the watch and he is very picky! It says it’s self winding, but one morning he awoke to put it on for work and it had stopped, he just had to wind it! The band is very sturdy hardish material with a buckle of sorts that holds well and does not slip. My hub is 165 pounds, 5’10” and the band fits well and can fit someone larger. I am pleasantly surprised and so happy we no longer have to deal with batteries!

Roman numerals are correct for watches
Very good watch for the money. It is a winding watch. It does wind while wearing it. Not a problem. I like others noticed the issue mentioned with the Roman numerals. Well after further research I now understand that they are correct. Watches use the 4 and 9 differently. IIII is not incorrect. Clocks and watches rely on a mix of additive notation and subtractive notation according to a few articles I recently read. I also looked up a few high end watches that use Roman numerals and they are shown the same way. Go figure. I was ticked off at first....lol

Good product, bad delivery and instructions
Was sent in a oversized envelope, arrived with foam packing out of its box. The box itself was in such bad shape, i was seriously concerned about what condition id find the watch in.The watch is beautiful, just as shown in photos.Directions are horrible, had to guess and hope i didnt break the band when i was trying to adjust it to my wrist. So, overall for just over 20 dollars... cool watch. Buy again from this seller, no.

Nothing was right
Ordered two of these, one silver, one black, both had the exact same issues:1) The watch was working when I got it and died a couple hours later.2) It didn't come with the requisite tool needed to adjust the size of the band rendering it totally useless.3) It looks more feminine in real life than in the pictures. Nothing wrong with that per se, just know the pictures were a little misleading for me personally so I was disappointed with what I got.

Does NOT work.
This was a christmas present for my son. It does NOT work. It will tick for maybe 45 minutes.. then stop and you have to wind it again. I thought maybe we just got a bad one, so I ordered a replacement as this is the style he liked and picked out himself. The replacement did the SAME thing. We have just returned them both now. I do not recommend.

Worth the buy
Slightly bigger than I expected, not much and actually helps to showcase the face. Its a nice looking watch with a decent weight, the band was easy enough to adjust (using a small flat head screwdriver). Arrived in nice condition, no scratches or scuffs in a padded box inside of a padded envelope. The only downside was that it wouldnt stay ticking for more than 30 seconds at a time until (against manuals recommendation) cranked it clockwise a few turns and it has stayed going since and kept time since. Overall im happy with it.
